Same thing clamed to be verification department for lawson and schultz he wouldnt tell me s*** he said he was paid 10 $ hr to verify info said i had a law suit against me but didnt know what for something sounds fishy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from "claims verification department" giving me this phone number for "attorneys" (no record of them online) saying there is a case about my husband. Called and asked for their mailing address and fax for my attorney...gave me run around and wouldn't tell me anything...got really nasty when I asked why I'm supposed to verify my information, but he doesn't have too..guy hung up on me. Don't think they'll be a problem anymore.

These people claim to be attorneys and after looking on the internet nothing was found. It doesn't look like they are legit, they would not give me any information on where to find them on the internet.

Red flag #1- Calling to verify info. A REAL collection agency knows your information. They know your name, address, phone number, etc. Anything that would be on your credit report. Just tell them to send the paperwork, by US Mail, not fax, email, or text. But I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, nothin' coming.

CALLED BACK THEY CLAIM THEY ARE AN ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND THEY ARE FILING AGAINST ME IN COURT AND NEED TO VERIFY INFO... THEY ARE A COLLECTION AGENCY...
