my call was from someone calling himself "Mike Rogers",my return call number was 855-593-0069,he also claimed a suit was being filed

WHo is this they said I am being sued

My family keeps getting calls from a 8555930073 number and they are threatening them. Have no idea who they ate but I referred them to my lawyer

there's a man calling me from a different number, telling me to call this 855 number and stating he'll "come to my work" so irriated with these people, they need to stop. if they do come to my work, what is he supposed to tell me? just to call this number or what?! so annoyed, i know it's a scam

THEY KEEP CALLING MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. I CALLED BACK AND SOME GIRL ANSWERS THE PHONE SAYING METRO. I TOLD HER TO HAVE HER PEOPLE STOP THE CALLS AND SHE GOES OH WELL I WILL HAVE THE PAPERS SERVED AT YOUR HOME. I SAID BRING IT ON AND SHE HUNG UP.

I received a phone call from 855-593-0073 that's called "Metro" located somewhere in California about a payday loan that I'm suppose to pay. I haven't paid it since I've been unemployed for the last 5 years as I still don't have a job or any money. Since I didn't pay it, another person from 803-336-2676 has been calling and harassing me several times today about the missed payment. She threatened me today to pay it so she won't have to serve me with a court summons to appear in court.

She keeps asking me to call Metro in California to pay $50 to them to get this matter resolved now before she serves me with a court summons. I have been getting calls for the past 2 days and they are using the same excuse of me not paying a payday loan. I told her that my attorney knows about it and he's waiting for the court summons. She won't tell me the name of the company as she told me that she is self employed. To be self employed, no one should speak to people the way that she does. I don't know if this is a scam or not, what do y'all think? They won't send me any documents by regular mail to prove what I supposedly owe or anything else.

I just received the same threating phone call from this company. How do I get them to stop? They even have my last name as my maiden name and the address they have is an old one.

I had gotten a phone call from this number here in Florida 754-484-3109 she calls herself Tracy, she has
harassed me saying that I am being served with a claim and to call this number mentioned above 855-893-0073. Have been getting calls for the past 2 days and they are using the excuse of me not paying a payday loan which I never took. I tell her I am turning it over to my attorney and says do what you wish and when asked what company she is for she says she is self employed. Even being self employed you do not speak to people the way she does. anyhow I do believe this is a scam and glad I found others with the same number here saying the same so nothing to worry.

I have received a call like this as well from this so called Metro at 855-593-0073 and they were very harassing and made it sound like someone was suing me which I know is BS.  I'm assuming its a scam to scare you into giving them money or information but I just blocked the number so it goes straight to voicemail.  Real collections reps aren't allowed to act the way the rep did.

Serving papers, on and on and yelling. Called them back and they are called Metro. No idea about their business.
