I got phone calls at my two of my sisters phones, work and even a ex stepmother stating from a guy named mr. Field man or Tillman saying that I had written a bad check and fraud. When speaking to them they said I would get summon to go to court at work or my home. They even told one person that they had tried to pick me up from work and at home but have not been able to locate me.  They then said I needed to get a lawyer and that I might be able to get rid of the fraud charges against me.  Trying to scare me they offered to settle it if I would make a payment for about 700.00 or else I would have to pay 3000.  I then called them later and they said it was a hospital bill that I needed to pay.  This is a scam

Just got a call from a blocked number. Marcus Powell left a very threatening voicemail about a supposed bad check I wrote. I don't even have checks....never have, never will. Said to all back 855-601-2813 to the complaints processing dept. referenced a case number in Denton county. What a load of sh*t!!

If you should receive a phone call from 855-601-2813, please be aware this is a scam, no matter how convincing they try to sound. They are nothing but scam artists who sit up think to try get over on honest working people.

I got a call from this number left message about bad checks and fraud. Did not say where they were from. Anyone know?
