Got a call from a Caetlen she said she was a Private investigator working for capital management..By the way they just changed their company name again because people have filed lawsuits against them so many time..A Henry Schlepps or Schnepps said I had a loan that was outstanding but refused to give me information. The Caetlen person said she was hired by them and that she was serving papers at my work immediately and that i was going to get arrested. I told her to simply kiss my a**.. If they can't verify the information for you they are the ones that are committing fraud..I am sick and tired of this companies..I too was a victim of identity theft and they just don't get it.. I think my call was being recorded because now they are going around charging your phone bill for debts you owe them from what I researched. So as I told Henry the supposed Lawyer take me to court. He said I owed them $1060 but I could pay them $300 by today and it would be over.. I laughed at him and told him to take me to court and hung up on him..People don't let this morons intimidate you your district attorney's will be on your side..According to Henry I took a loan out via the internet which I never did..They are a collection company breaking all the FDCPA rules..Sue them even though you will probably never see a cent but we can teach them a lesson..

a woman named Tracy Williams called saying that their was a formal complaint filed against my mom. She said my mom had to call back soon or papers would be delivered to both her residence and her workplace. I don't know what the issue is but I'm thinking it's because of my online activism against the tyranny of our government and that's their way of shutting me up. I don't know what is going on but it freaked me out and almost worked at shutting me up until I thought about my commitment to stand against tyranny.

They sound like a fishing ploy to get my info. I don't write bad checks so I know it's crap.

I have received a phone call saying I had to call them about some fraud case. I do not understand what they want from me.

I just received a call friom above number. Said they have two fraud cases against me. I must call before papers are delivered.
then I will go to court! I have not committed fraid, I was the victim of identity theft, so where and when did I commit fraud. Said it is local in Lee County, now I am wondering who it is since someone received the same number!!!!
