A recording asked me to "please continue to hold" a couple times then it switched to a busy signal.

Calls started about 3 days ago. Calls really early here. Starting to get annoying.

Keep getting calls at random times on random days including Sunday evenings. Hope they go down in flames.  Class Action anyone?

Tis is a collection company that collects debts for Drive financial. Drive apparently passes it to a collection company because they have had some legal issues over collection practices.

Any info about their parctices would be helpful as I want to take them to court.

Bragging about their post may cost them. (just found this out....17th Dec.2009).  
RGS  uses any means to collect even violating fedral guidlines.
They are using computer generated calling to contact employees of buisnesses that are not involved in there debt collections.
Good luck RGS maintaining your growth pattern in court.

I GET THIS CALL DAY AND NIGHT 7 DAYS A WEEK THEY TRY TO SOUND LIKE I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT MISSAGE THEY WANT TO GIVE ME. WHEN I CAME HOME FROM SERVICE I WORK FOR A COLLECTION ANGECY UNTILL I COULDN'T SLEEP NIGHTS I HOPE THESE PEOPLE READ THIS 40 YEARS AND I STILL HATE THAT JOB.

It's a bill collector. I just accepted a call from this number and they were representing Drive Financial... I'm sure they're representing other companies as well.

I keep getting calls from this number but they are very random.....like once every few months and then I tell them they have the wrong number (they actually do too). I have had my cell phone number for 5 years. I tell them this and they tell me they'll make a note of it. But then they call me back in another few months. I think they need to start paying for part of my cell phone bill since they continuously waste my cell phone minutes. I'm on the do-not-call list too. I'm going to have to start getting nastier I guess.

Recorded message telling me to stay on the line for an important message. Drive Time recently called me tracking an ex-girlfriend; may be them. I simply hung up.

Its an unpublished number in Dallas, TX.  They keep calling me too.  Since I have so many bills that are behind, my guess is that it is a bill collector ! LOL ! I don't want to answer it because I have no money to send them !!

i wonder who this is, calling my place of employment, with this recording to hold my call is important? it is either an advertisement or a collector
