Since only scammers warn people before serving them, it is safe to assume it is a scam.

However,  I realize these calls are probably intimidating, and a conscientious person would want to perform their due diligence --- I am please to say in the 2 months of threads on this number there is not one piece of evidence that anything other than more harassment happens --- no one has been "sued" or "served"

has anything happened to anyone (i.e. any summons served) who has ignored the calls from 855-614-3539

I've received several similar messages over the past several weeks displayed as originating from 855-614-3539.  The callers gave different names. One name given was Erica; another name was Abigail. The voices were female-sounding. I suspected and concluded the calls are scams. Based on the previous posts, I'm not alone in my suspicion/conclusion. I'm NOT returning the calls.

I got call from here too. Was they said : Legal outsourcing. in Chicago.Ill. and name was Erica Logan to collect a bill from 2003??

I also received a call on April 30th and today May 2nd, both by a guy named Michael White who is calling from Legal Carrying Service to serve me a Summons.  If this was a factual I would think they would just show up at my home/work and serve me and not call to set up a time to do so.  I wish these people would get a real job and stop trying to scam us hard working individuals.

I received the same message today from a guy named Michael White

Hard to understand, talked fast and mumbled.

A guy by the name of Tom Collins says he needs to deliver a summons and I need to call so he can deliver it.  

If he's legit you'd think he'd have my address.
