The whole thing is a scam, a trick to get you to give them money.
Step 1 - call WalMart, Have the Money Card frozen. Get a new card with a new number.
Step 2 - contact whichever government agency issued your license. Ask them if you need to pay anyone any money to keep your license.
The people who have been calling you are thieves. Stop talking to them.

It is a Wal-Mart Money card and they told me that i have to wait for it to post so that they can file a dispute. Isn't this illegal to do an unauthorized transaction when they were told that they can not take money off my card??

Contact the bank that issued the card. Have them stop accepting the charges. They may have to close that account and open a new one with a new account number.

I have been paying these people because they told me that I would lose my license if i didnt.. WTF!!! then i told them not to take money off my card and they did anyway after i specified NOT too.. what can i do??
