Same as everyone,  documents to deliver to me at an address I haven't lived at for 9yrs. Apparently things look in my favor! How dumb do they think people are. I guess since telling people they will be served legal documents and claiming that a voice mail is legally sufficient notification doesn't work for their scam, they are gonna try and be nice now. Wonder how I got on their list? 848 fico, can't say there's any Negative marks...

Received a call from the, they say it is "LSU Litigations."  THey hung up on me when I asked them more information about themselves, how can i make them stop calling??

Also report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  They will investigate and shut them down.  You can do this online.  What they are saying is a scam and what they are doing is illegal.  Don't fall for their scam.  They buy junk out of statue of limitations debt for pennies on the dollar and try to get whatever money they can. It is illegal for them to pose as a legal firm. Please report them to the above Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to stop them.

This is a scam.  IF you had a legal problem, a WRITTEN notification would be delivered by mail or a process server.  Fax messages are useless as are phone calls & emails.  They are trying to extort money from you.

This number is calling me saying that they have a delivery of documents. A fax order for delivery. that I need to call them back and senior partners on staff are looking over the matter and things look in my favor.

I filled a complaint with the federal trade commison about this number and problem. Anyone who is recieving this phone call also should file a complaint with the federal trade commision refference number 531430004

This number has been calling me for 5 months now and have asked them to stop and the calls continue

This number call about an account I have never had. They kept try to phish for more information. There is nothing that matches on my credit report and all the personal details they give about me are more than 10yrs old. When I pay to have number traced it is being made off a computer in Russia.

I keep getting unwanted phone calls from this number asking me to verify personal information but when I ask for their information they do not provide don't know who this is
