i recieved a call from a Harrison from the Orange County Court house in Orlado Florida. i have 3 different numbers for him. 1-855-647-1750, 855-647-1748 and 855-306-7423. he called saying i took out a loan in 2008 at EZ Corp for $917.00 and paid them back with a bad check. Wanted me to pay them in full right then over the phone or they would contact the police department and have me thrown in jail. He had my address, phone # and social. I hung up with him and contacted the police department. there is no records of anything this guy said i did.

Unfortunately people like you that don't pay your bills leave people to create ways to get you scums to pay your bills.

My mother received a call yesterday and took a message from a Patrick O'Reily # 855-647-1748 (number shows private on her caller ID) stating I have an unpaid payday loan with a company called BMG Payday in the amount of $722.53 and that I needed to call back before 5pm or I would be arrested! I retuned home and 4:30 and my mother was very upset and said I better call quick! Back in 2010 I received a couple similiar calls about a payday loan with the same company BMG Payday, but these times they were from  "investigators" with the same claims and all for different months and amounts. Now I knew I had not taken out a payday loan at that time, so I said I am calling my attorney do what you need to do and hung up. My attorney took the number and I emailed him my bank records for the month questioned and he called...of course they would not speak with him. Needless to say I have dealt with this company before so this time Patrick O'Reily got the same deal from me. I told him I have my bank statements to prove I NEVER received a loan from this company at any time and I would love to go to court and show a Judge my bank records, O'Reily went on to say I will lose in court he has my social, my bank account, my date of birth and a receipt that the money was deposited, the ip address for the computer that did the transactions and time etc. I said bank statements don't lie O'Reily and I will pay nothing. He went onto say that the statue of limitations is about to expire on this and BMG is prepared to fight for their money and the the 722.53 was a settlement, if I don't pay that now I will pay $2883.53 which is now the ture balance, court costs and attorney fees. I said I won't lose so do what you have to so. I asked for the company name and additional information and was denied that. He was getting upset that I was not falling for his scam and became VERY upset. He said since I am not willing to cooperate he is transferring my account over to their investigator Karl Reinman to he can proceed to file a complaint and have me arrested. He told me to get a clean pair of underwear and a tooth brush in a scarstic manner, I said this call is being recorded he said oh really well all these calls are recorded on our end too. I said great then you realize you just threatened me, and also gave confidential information to my mother which is against the law. So you and I can both bring the recorded conversation to court and see where it goes from them. I said you can't talk to me like that, he said get your underwear  ready it's going to be a long weekend for you and hung up the phone. He called me on a Monday? Long weekend? I don't know how these companies stay in operation. I do know that I have not taken out a payday loan from this company and have my bank statements to prove it and will pay nothing to anyone for a debt I did not incur. They are scam artists....BEWARE. When I recieved another call I will record it again and then file a complaint with the local police department. I will not tolerate this harrassment from a low life telemarketer collection agency. They are the scm of the earth!!!! Again BEWARE and pay nothing. File a complaint with the BBB, local police department or whatever you have to do but don't fall for the threats a legit company would never use these methods.

Oh, yeah, somehow they have also gotten ahold of someone in my company via their personal cell phone, whom I do not even know....pretty crazy considering my husband has a line on the same account as me and he has never received a call.

I got a call from this number and I swiped my phone to hang up on them, then instantly got a call from a local number here.....Hahahaha this local number was a fax number to the Sheriff department...so I called the invastigation unit there and reported to them that their fax number was being used as a spoof number to rip people off.

When they left the msg they told me to call 855-647-1748 said they were case investigator Morrison...Gave the "Real" Investigation unit all the info! HA!

I've been receiving calls from this number and numerous other numbers. They are leaving messages stating that I am being brought to court over fraud charges and leave me a court number.. They also call my mother, father, brother-in-law and my brother-in-laws father.  This is rediculous.  I ask them for something in the mail or their physical address and they wont give it to me.  FRAUD

Also they are spoofing the caller ID making it show up as my local township offices.  I spoke to the people at my local township and they said nobody from their office made a ridiculous call like that.  They are using caller id spooking which shows they're calling from a number that does not belong to them!  Apparently this is a tactic they use to confuse people!  There is software available so they can choose whatever number they want to show up on your caller id.  During the threatening message however they tell you to call them at 1-855-647-1748.  Oh and they claim they have a bench warrant for your arrest!  Ridiculous!  They won't give a company name they simply answer as "Arbitration."

Received call like the one above.  They claim to be investigators and that they will come arrest me and take me downtown.  They called me a scumbag and tried to tell me I defaulted on a payday loan from 3 years ago.  They are unscrupulous and criminal and I am filing a report with my local law enforcement agency.

Prior to an interview with person a/k/a Mr. O?Reilly, I received a telephone call from (419) 213-4291 (which leads to the court's fax #), a/k/a Mr. Spencer a fake case investigator for the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas Legal Division indicating or threatening me that it had issued a summons and that formal charges would be filed if I did not resolve the debt with Mr. O?Reilly at Telephone No. (855) 647-1748 (if you call the # back after hours a pre-prepared message indicate that it is the "Eastern Division", yeah of what?) forthwith. I was shocked and appalled by their misconduct. Consumers beware these people are clearly the scum of the earth, who doesn't scrutinize whether you are from the age of eight to eighty, blind, cripple, or crazy, they don't care they will take advantage of you. Please be advised that these fake debt collectors practices that include extortion tactics to obtain money or information from consumers violates the laws that the FTC enforces. I am just saying. Here, is a word of advise just tell them to stop calling you or will, write, call, email or (SIC) the FTC or the cybersecurity enforcement cops on them! They will stop!!!  Holler!

Called us twice looking for a relative. They stated that there's a warrant out for them.

received a call from this  man threatening to issue a summons to appear in court 2 days before they wanted me to appear  they also wanted my personal information which i would not give them  also gave several addresses i was at  which i never lived at  and also gave me several states  i live in  good luck finding me

They just call me and said a warrant for my arrest. What a joke I work for the Law Enforcement be care ful people. This is a scam going on the news had it so be careful we are going to trace these people and arrest them for fraud.......BBB
