Did the guy say his name was Investigater Spencer ?

Called me using local court phone number stating that I failed to appear in court and that there would be a bench warrent issued for my arrest.  Would not give me any other details.  Know nothing about it-do not like being threatened.  I will be calling my local court house to verify information.

These morons have been erroneously calling my daughter's cell phone -- the wrong number -- for quite some time looking for some poor szhlub who owed them Money .  She called back to let them know it was the wrong # and the idiot answering the phone was incredibly rude to her. I got the case # "27267" and called back and gave the person answering the phone hell just on account of being rude to my daughter who was responsible enough to let them know they were mean and rude and stupid for calling the wrong number for so long. It involved a "Kurt Darapple" but it wasn't clear from the message if that was the loser/low class dope who answered the phone and was rude to my daughter or the unfortunate victim these losers were chasing for a few pennies. The guy who answered the phone was acting like he was "Sgt. Joe Friday" from Dragnet and actually was a offended when I referred to whoever answered the phone previously as a "customer service" person. "We aren't CS reps, we are Adjudicators" -- give me a break. I imagined the guy who answered the phone was like one of the guys from "Repo Men" total losers, chasing after someone else's problems as a way of fixing their own. Sad excuses for human beings. If you see the #, let it ring.

They call my sister askin for my number but my niece did not no my number cuz she the one answer the call and told her to give me a message to tell me I had miss court ad they were goin to summit me ad pick me up ad that for her to me to call that number ad gv her the docket number ad that she was doin me a big favor by geting into trouble

This is a debt collector who uses unlawful practices to try and collect on a debt. The allege fraud and court action, etc.

They called me today. They claimed that I missed a court date and they are issuing a bench warrant for my arrest. They got my family upset about it and they made them think I was going to jail because of it. I never received any papers from the court. So I called the courthouse and they basically said that they don't have any records of me being sued or required to show up for anything.

Yes, I received several phone calls from this number. "CCS - County Court Services" a debt collector that claims "Arbitration Unit".  One of many companies that purchase small past due debts and harrass the crap out of people trying to get a little bit of money. I cannot speak for everyone that they try calling but I know that their phone call to me was regarding a "debt" that I was fraud charge 7 years ago and some how these debt collector companies continue to get my info. It is sad that someone has that much time on their hands all for $100. I almost want to pay it just so I don't have to hear about it anymore but it is the principal, it was never my debt and was resolved as fraud. End of story...leave me alone!
