They called a family member and told them his name is Bryant Kirby and that my family member was responsible for my past payday loan debt and that he was going to come to his house and retrieve the money. I talked to them and they told me that I would have to pay using my visa or mastercard debit so it would protect me and my bank. When I refused they said that they were going to call the police on me.. So I told them to go ahead and do it !!! Then they kept calling and hanging up and calling back again.

They called and left a message on family member machine saying they were the county attorney and said if
I dont call back in 2hours they were coming to my job and house

they are bill collectors for a company called westgate ventures  they say back in 2005 I had a payday loan that this company overdrew my account over 2800.00 and the bank closed the account  and now after all these years  6 years is the max time anyone can try to collect from you I get this call saying they are going to put me in jail etc for fraud when I have the proof of what was done to me that any judge would dismiss it anyway. so if they do call get as much information as possible and turn them in since when does a 200.00 payday loan cost 2800.00???????

First they called a family member and misrepresented them-self to get in touch with me!
They finally contacted me and once again misrepresented them self as being with the Department of Veteran Affairs!
I called the Sheriffs department and the FBI and my bank! These people are trying to elicit money!
