We had a call from a woman name Karen, the caller ID stated 832-426-1107 (which is a cell phone), when I answered it was an instant "please wait on the line to speak with a representative" surely collection agencies don't really expect people to do anything other than hangup....after the 7th call from this number I waited. The woman was rude, wouldn't give ANY information and was upset when I started asking her questions or was very unsure as to what she could and couldn't answer without confirmation it was the person she was looking for on the phone. I asked for a call back number and this is the number given, 855-654-7300.  

They keep calling me but will not tell my what the company does or why they are calling me.
