They will help you out all right!  This is a scam people!!  After the message from an Amanda Olsen, that we received on Monday, claiming to be a process server for our county, and stating that we have been put on her schedule of people to be served no later than Friday at 3:00pm, however, we could call 855-654-8307 if we had any questions regarding the paperwork we would be requested to sign, but only before we are served.  They claim to be, Samuel Sole and Associates LLC, an arbitration firm that has been enlisted by a payday loan company to assist you to settle the debt.  The person at Samuel Sole and Associates that we spoke to was named Brandon. They will even give you a settlement amount.  However, we checked with our county, no one by that name works for our county or the surrounding counties.  What process server do you know that calls you and announces that they will be serving you?  To be on the safe side, we checked with our local police department and they also advised that this is a scam and this is not how someone is served.  For more history on these people, you can also refer to 855-654-8305.
