For the past few weeks they have been calling me on average 2 times a day. Totally unacceptable. They even called me on a holiday Monday.
It is not a telemarketing call. It is a collections call. They make it *sound* like telemarketing just to get you to call them back.
The offer "that can save you up to 50%" they are talking about is that you could save up to 50% in paying them back money you owe them. A "settlement", much like a lot of other collection agencies offer if the debt has been ongoing for a while.

They called me many times and I don't know how to block them! I also am on the national do not call list

They have called me 4 times in the last week. It is a pre recorded telemarketing message from money mart. Very irritating as I'm on the national do not call list.
