Got 2 calls where the originating number was a "local" number but the 855 number was to be called back...said they had paper's to serve and work told them my man worked "morning" hours...guess that was a big FAT lie...they have no clue!! And where oh where are they going to serve these supposed "paper's" and why do you need a valid form of ID? The county just leaves that crap on your door knob with a rubber band so who do they think they're kidding? Oh yes..this is the 2nd call...Diane West..the lady who is suppose to serve these "paper's", yea, why is she saying she didn't come serve the paper's on the original date given? Oh, she was out of state on a family emergency? Oh, so this is soooo important and soooo pressing and such a big legal matter that no one else in the office can serve the document? This sounds like a typical scare tactic for a return phone call...not ALL of us fell off the turnip truck yesterday!!! Friggin bill collectors!!!

Do they actually come out to your business?? Tried calling back and get disconnected. Not sure what to do.

They called my parents house and asked for me by an old married name from 1990! They said they would be at my work on Tuesday... ??? I think it was a Michael Macy or something like that

i got the call today they are serving me papers .....yayaya and they have all my assets listed on the lawsuit and they want me to pay them today or they will suit for 3, 500. or some BS like that.. you can't call them back blocked because they get you number
