They called me and had all my info so I paid thinking someone had stolen my identity so I paid called and cancelled my credit card am I going to get my money back does anyone know please help?

got the same phone on Friday that if my huband did pay 600.00 before noon that him was going to get picked up and taken to jail the company was called Affinity Processing Solutions. but the headline of the recipit. was     Richard Lacey Allies and it was for a payday loan so we we got scared and  paid it

I received a phone call from Richard Lacy Allies stating I took out a loan with Ace pay day loan back in 2005 and owed $1,460.00 and wrote bad checks to the company.  I said I never did that but the rep by the name of Lynn Baker said there would be a warrant out  for my arrest if I don't pay the full or the settlement amount which is $850.00. If I didn't pay I be would be arrested and would have to post $50,000 bail or put up my house. The phone number 888-390-5398. I would like to stop calls from this fraudulent company or something done about this scam.

NOT REALLY BUT I HAVE CALLED A LOT OF GOVT. UNITS AND IT LOOKS LIKE THESE PEOPLE MOVE AROUND SO MUCH NOT MUCH THE GOVT. They have now changed their name and number.  I received a call last night.  this time from Janet Daniels.  Same recording as John Britt and to call the pantiff at 888-390-5398,  I called back and their name is Richard Lacie Allies or something like that.  Then I called the number back that the John Britt recording came from 855-668-5649 and guess what - they are not S. D. Malone and Assoc. anymore.  they are now Richard Lacie Allies.

Same people are doing the same thing to me, I added a device on my iphone that will show me the blocked number they are calling from.  It is 303-353-1722!  Add that to your report if you get anywhere!

I had that same call from first a summons server named John Blight then from a alleged law firm of F. D Malone & Associates. They called from 2 different numbers, 855 668 5649 and 414 433 4786. Spoke to a woman everytime who said her name was Patty. Even had a legal rep from a bank I used to have an acct with that supposedly these payday loans were deposited into and boy even with her on the line they were extremely rude. Yes they sounded very very convincing and had all the right info. After I told them I was not going to pay they said well were done and we can't stop them from arresting you and extraditing you back to Texas. They even left another voice mail later in the evening of the same day and said they would be attaching my Social Security. I have filed a complaint with the FBI and I have lots of info from the last 2 days I have been finding. The 414 number for instance, is from the Milwaukie area in Wisconsin. There are 2 zipcodes I have been able to associate with this number, 53130 and 53213. These people need to be caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I have also been receiving calls from John Britt at 855-668-5649.  I started asking for information about the summons they have for me and he got mad and hung up on me.  The only thing they would tell me was that it was for a bad check written in 2009.  He spouted off an account number and a credit union that I haven't had an account at in 10 years.  He was nuts.  So after he hung up on me I called back and told him he was full of it and to stop calling my work or I would contact my attorney and sue him for harassment.  So now a woman is calling from 888-390-5398.  So I called them this morning and they had a different company name but played the same on hold music as SD Malone.  I've got all of these calls in my e-mail at work recorded.  I'm going to take them to the local sheriffs dept and see what I can do.

It's a scam...I contacted my state attorney general's office. He said no one would forewarn you if they were going to arrest you. Any legitimate collection agency has to contact you by mail first. He said not to give out any personal information to them. Ask for their address and see if they will give it to you.

I have received multiple calls from this number using the name John Britt and now I'm getting calls from 888-390-5398 using the name Janet Daniels with Richard Lacy Allied. The call me seven and eight times  a day John Britt from all different numbers and states . They cannot serve you at your place of employment number one and they should have your home address if you owe someone money . Yes it is a scam

Thanks for all the posts...these people were calling my 60yr mothers cell phone so I had her give me the info and I just called the number...got the recording for SD Malone & Assoc. ....hung up and entered that name in my search engine and here I am ... reading these posts and able to call and calm my mother down all in under 5 min!!!  So thank you to everyone and lets do what we can to get these jack***es to stop!

It is a major scam. Do not give your info. They are thieves and scamming people into thinking they owe it when they don't.

Tired of getting a call from this number, (855) 668-5649, they are rude and evasive. Is there anything I can do to stop this. They say they have a summons for me yet I have never been approached anyplace to issue it to me. What are my rights? They want my information, but don't want to give me much information. I feel that if they are legit, they should have all of my information already!

Ok****update on the phone number 855-668-5649. I called back to try to get more information and to see if I could be served papers...Well this is when it got VERY interesting. The man/woman on the phone cussed me out, sounded like she/he had a cigarrette hanging from her mouth. OMG how do these people get away with this crap? Is there something I can do? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Just received a phone call from this phone number stating that they are going to have me arrested and throw me in jail for a year!!! Does anyone know about this company and where they are. They wouldnt even give me all the info I needed or instruct me on where I needed to go. Im really scared, can someone tell me if this place is legit or just some b***s*** scheme from a collections agency?

I am so glad I looked this number up and found these post. I just received a call for John Britt say he is looking for said my name, he has papers to serve me at my home or job. if I had questions call 855-668-5649. Well I did the lady states that I would be served with papers, meet with district attorney, warrant out for my arrest, bail set at $50,000 or restitution of $1500 or balance that is suppose to be due on a Faxless Payday loan that I never took out. Company name SD Malone & Assoc who called. So this was supposedly 5 years ago in 2008 and you are just now calling me and how did you get my cell#. You will need to show me proof that you sent me money and I closed my bank account after receiving money from you...REALLY!

We got a call from the same number and threatened us if we didn't pay the debt. We got really mad and said you got the wrong number and stop calling. They said we needed to get an attorney or else. We got madder and then they started cussing us out! We found it it was a scam and started calling them on a daily basis to threaten them for a change! they are big scammers and don't even pay these people anything!!

I hope you do find out what is going on as they have called me every day on all three of my phone numbers for the past two weeks.  do they really think I am going to call them back.  Don't think so.  They need to send something in writing I believe before they can serve you papers.  I believe you have the right to ask for debt validation.

I also received this call today and I told them i called my ex husband which is a deputy with the sheriff's office and  he said you can call Jesus Christ if you want to and I hope your ex husband is the one that puts the cuffs on you.  They advised they had talked to my bankruptcy atty and that he told them that he would be my atty in criminal court.  I called my atty and they advised no one had called their office that it was a hoax to file a police report with my local police department which I did and the officer called and left a message on their machine his name badge number and to stop all calls to me and if they had any questions to call them and gave his number.  I hope they don't call again it is very nerve racking and I will be contacting the attorney you mentioned in your post.  This is ridiculous.
