Wife got the same letter as DM in AZ. she called and was offered to meet at Embassy Suites for the sales pitch to pay them to get out of her timeshare. Frank Leonard made many high pressure scary exaggerations re timeshares and wanted about $4,000 to take it off our hands. The whole thing had scam written all over it from the start but we went anyway just for the experience.

Received numerous calls and received same letter and it is a scam to get you to call and then they charge you for the call.

Not actually a call - but got a letter (snail)[arrived Phoenix 8/1/13] from "Management Department / 14 Wall Street 20th Floor / New York, New York 10005" saying "NOTE: You must respond by August 7th." and pitch about eliminating future Timeshare Maintenance Fees - gave a ref # of 8753394, and giving the (855) 679-6975 ph # to respond to ('mgt dept' of who?? & The Whole 20th Floor?? sez I). I no longer have a timeshare, haven't for years & did not call.
by the way what is SMS call type?
