I have no connections to this company and they are not selling anything they will take you to court, and also collections agencies provide proof. They are a legal processing firm they submitted the case to Davidson County and I had to appear so best of luck

Well let's just see what all of your information is. First off, you need to google FDCPA and learn your rights.
You have the right, under the law, to demand complete written validation of any alleged debt to be sent to you via usps granny mail. Fax or Email is not acceptable legal proof of any debt. When I say validation, I mean that they have 5 days from your request to provide you with all of the written documentation that they have in their possession validating the debt as last held by the Original owner of the debt, their legal right to claim and collect in your state, copies of record of account history with all payments or activity on the account, and the date when the original alleged debt was established as well as the last date of any payment or activity with the account. You have the right to demand a copy or valid proof of any signed contract that may exist with THE ORIGINAL OWNER of the alleged debt. The dates of acceptable documents will validate the Statute of Limitations.
And lastly, advise them that you are Disputing the Alleged debt as well as their claim to collect. If for any reason they refuse or say that they don't have to under the law, or claim that they already did validate, or any other claim, they are in violation of the law and the FDCPA and do not have the validation or right to legally collect any debt. You owe them nothing. A final note......ACCEPT NOTHING LESS AND DON'T BACK UP FROM THEM. They are trying to SCAM your ASSets......

Actually Universal is a legit company they took me to court for a payday loan and what they state is true it did take awhile to get everything processed, I wish i paid them when they offered out of court settlement so, to the guy who state they cant do anything they actually can.

they keep calling my work. If I owe you money. Then you have my phone number and you can call that. I won't pay another dime to crooks that can't take you to court like a normal company. Because they are illegal.

This place called me and said their company name is universal litigation and said they have all my information and will take me to court for a payday loan and want me to pay $610. I have no knowledge of this loan. Woman's name is Jennifer Phillips
