I got a call from Ray Martin # 904-758-4031 who claims he had papers to serve my sister. He was super rude and pushy. He called me numerous times and left a threatening voice mail with intimidating words "officially served" blah blah. It's way too scammy.

So I called the # 866-264-2290 and it is a business called "Global" where a guy who said his name was "Jimmy John" (seriously?!) tried to get information about sister without giving me any information. He claimed they were a pre-litigation company  and that they had paperwork to serve her. I asked for more information but they refused. He said it was about a pending lawsuit, but wouldn't give me any names or references.

I think this whole thing is a scam. Beware.

I too got a call from 904 758 4031 , a fast talking woman left me a voice mail saying something about a claim number and wanted my address , frist off they called my uncle if they were real they wouldn't be calling my uncle about my business and a real lawyer would leave a voice mail stating who they are with, this just left their name and a claim number and told me to call some 866 number .

Only the shills.  They post trying to act like victims about how they were  Served "Papers"   and now have to go to court and pay the debt,  plus  $50,000.00  in court cost and attorney fees.  Then they say that they read this board and ignored the calls,  and if they had just paid the debt they would not be in this trouble.  They usually end in a  "Oh Woe is me"  sort of ending.   Global is a piss ant low life bottom feeder who use illegal threats and intimidation to get people to pay debts that don't exist or are 3rd part,  past the SOL and "legally" uncollectable.
It is questionable whether they are a legal debt collector or a scammer.  The only thing they could serve is dinner at a restaurant...

And once again,  another promising young  SHILL  has been stricken with that dreaded Shill disease...

Has anyone actually been served papers from Global?

Im not sure what Shill means, but I am assuming you think I am lying. Unfourtinately I am not. I am just as upset as having to deal with a hole debt collectors too but they definitely take $ out of my account every pay period and I need to contact them and cannot get ahold of them...Like everyone else says--you call and just get a busy signal. So that part is crappy too. I will be happy when this is all over.

I have been working with 'Global' for a few months now. They are legitimate. I had gotten a cash advance a year ago and forgot all about it...I did not pay it back. They were attempting to contact me to serve me papers as well. They were going to take me to court for check fraud. I have since worked with them, they will settle with you if you have debt. They are hired by an outside company who you originally went through to settle their debt. Hope this helps.

The same company is calling me saying that I have charges against me as well for a check. They say that I need to give them a credit card or they will prosecute me. They are calling my family and telling them that I am in serious trouble. Screaming at my 23 year old daughter at 7am this morning. Now when I try to call the number it is just busy. They say call Jason at ext 328...I recommend that everyone start calling him and leaving him vm. I just finally got through and left him a message and let him know I was not happy with the threats and that I wanted a physical address and a business license number before I spoke with him any further. They also stated that Anthony was a supervisor. I am going to ask them to send me an offical document re: my case. At that time if this is legit then I will pay this debt.

Received a call from a voicemail from Rachel Miller saying that she needs to get my address to serve me papers and also left a message for my supervisor stating that I have charges against me. I tried calling the # back she left of 855-683-2092 and no one answers. It just keeps saying Global and dial an extension. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting the local police!!!! Has anyone spoken to them directly or received anything in the mail from the company????

Had a fast talking man call me to tell me he had to verify an address to serve me papers. Told me it was from Global and looked very official and I should call this number right away. He was going to call me back in an hour and he had to talk to my supervisor. I am not calling this number and if he calls and harrases me again I am getting his name and phone number to report him to the police. I have been a victim of this type of scam before and HAVE HAD IT. There is also a man calling my cell phone and leaves messages to call him back. It sounds like the same INDIAN from a different company trying to extort money from me, as they tried last year.
He says he will call back in an hour.

Someone should pretend that they are willing to pay them just to get them to send papers and report here who is is so we can figure out who it really is.  I am getting a on line copy of my credit report to see who shows up there.  maybe its the same scammers that called diana may if it was global who called her.

Someone named "Nicole Patrick" left a message saying to call this number to settle a claim... I called the number and its disconnected... and the 480 499-5142 number has the mailbox full. Don't know who or what this number is for, just like everyone else here....

Called from "Global" at 904-758-4031. Told me to call this number because they want to serve me with papers. No one at Global will speak to me or my attorney without more information we're not willing to give. Local number is a house in a subdivision. When you call that number there is no answer and the mailbox is full.
