I got this off the NY Health Options website. It still makes no sense that they would have called me because I don't have health insurance benefits through NYS. There is nothing to renew.

New York Health Options sometimes contacts recipients by phone to give them important messages about their health insurance benefits. New York Health Options may call to let you know that your renewal application will be coming in the mail or that your benefits are due to be renewed soon. They may also call to let you know that they need more information to renew your health coverage

But why would they call someone who does no business with NYS Insurance?

This number is not spam , Its the new york state insurance..

       i got a  letter by mail for my ex.husb.address and i found few "red flags" so even they have web.site ,, look like about health  //i will call for my provider from my insurance and i will find out.. so i think this is huge spam...do not give any info for spam...

Obviously a phishing scam, saying they are the NYSDOH and need "additional information" about my "Medicaid Application" (which I don't have). B*****ds hang up when I tell them I want my number removed.

855 693 6765 calls me during work hours, but doesn't leave a message - just hangs up. I only know they called because of caller ID.

They called me yesterday and asked me to verify my first and last name, ss#, and DOB. I laughed at them, like im really going to give that info out?! Then she tells me there is a problem with my "case". What case?

This is the 2nd time I received a call from this number ... with a blank voicemail.

I am getting calls from this number every day with no message left or they hangup.  Today it left a message of electronic noises an static.
