Go online to the FCC and file a criminal fraud charge. Also go to the US Attorney General's
office, your states Atty General, the Better Business Bureau and the local CHamber of Commerce. I did that and got my refund along with a letter of apology. Be persistent.

This happened to be too. It is a scam. I am on hold with the company now and they will not give me a refund. Any suggestions.

they have billed my cell phone ..I have never heard of this company..they refused to refund the charge...had to have all third party billing put on my phone...what a scam and ripoff

This number shows up on my cell phone bill with a $9.99 charge that I supposedly contacted them for "trading tips" I never heard of these geeks in my life and wouldn't call them if they paid me.
