I just had a client call me and tell me that he received a call from this number and that this person making the call was from an attorney's office and that they were going to file a case in district court for fraud and check fraud and serve him at home or at work but needed to verify addresses. Please people, do not get caught up in this. Do not give any of your personal information to this caller, most likely it is a scam. I will be filing a complaint on behalf of my client with the AG in Colorado. My suggestion to all of you that are receiving these calls is to contact your state's Attorney General and file a complaint.

I've had my telephone number since November 18, 2012. The message was for some person that I don't know and they're giving out private information. I wish I could find this person so that she could sue them for violation of the Federal Privacy Act.

Received a vm at my work number from jennifer brook stating that she is from the processing summons divison for the state of texas. She said that I had bad checks (which I don't even write checks) and that she will be contacting my direct supervisor in order to get information to serve me.
