I received the same card and called.
Of course as soon as they said I had to pay the shipping and they wanted my payment information I hung up.
I hope all who receive the card realize this is a scam and do not give their credit card information.

I received a postcard in the mail stating that I have been selected to receive a $100 gift card.  I was told to call this number and a man with a heavy African accent answered and said that I could get the gift card sent to my address.  All I had to do was pay $6.95 shipping and handling.  He went into how the gift card can be used for Walmart or Target and can be used to buy anything.  I said no thank you and hung up.  I am thinking about sending this to my local law enforcement agency.  This is a horrible time of year (Christmas) to be scamming.  At least it seemed like a scam to me.

I received a card stating that "I have been selected to receive $100.00 in gift rebates good at Wal-mart, Target, and more."
All I had to do was call this number and give them my claim number.
When I called, I could hear a bunch of people in the background talking.
The woman, who answered the phone, had a strong African-English accent.
I asked where I was calling to and she said The United States something or other.
I again asked if I was calling to somewhere in the United States and she hung up on me.

I would be very careful giving any information to the phne number.
