This number just called my uncle's ex wife looking for me as "she was the only person with my last name they could find in their database".  They gave her a reference number and the 8557449377 number for me to call them and said that I am being charged with something and needed to call them right away.  Of course I googled it and found this site, which you guys have all been a great help!  I called the number just to see who would answer, it was a guy named Mark with Arlington and Associates.  I hung up.  All over a stupid little dispute.  This is ridiculous.

My son just called me angry that this number is calling him AND his father (my ex-husband) about me telling them both that I am due in court and have been sent many letters. I have no idea WHAT these people are talking about! And how they got my ex's and sons number-I have never used them for any contact info. We barely live in the same state! Also gave my son a case number 20*****69.

Someone called my daughter and claim I gave them the number, which I never did and said that they was trying to reach me. A week earlier I got a strange call. The caller said that I missed a court date for jury duty. I felt really strange, so I called the court and they said that they did not call. So, the guy lied. The call came from the same 855-744-9377. All who have received calls from these people should report them to the gov under the fair credit act for harassment.

They are bottom-feeding bill collectors. They are harassing you. Ignore them.

i look up reviews on them nothing i can't find anything about this company .
I be careful no matter what they tell you ,I pretty sure they are a scam .

received call today from this number asking for my brothers contact number I didn't understand how and why they would have MY number I asked the guy on the phone how he got my number and he stated that he received it from their data base. How is that possible? I have never dealt with Arlington  & Associates before! He said that he said he was a processor server he asked me to give this number 855-744-9377 ref # 20**-36** this call showed up as restricted number on my caller ID.

I got an e-mail from an ex-wife who I dislike more than bill collectors or the IRS themselves! Here is what it said:

"I just got a call from the California processors office, they said I was a point of contact for you, which I don?t understand but anyhow they wanted me to tell you to call this number below, they have been trying to reach you. 855-744-9377 and case# 20**-38**, they have a summons for you to appear in court and are trying to reach you about this matter.  FYI, I don?t know what this is about and they wouldn?t tell me if it was in regards to our case or something else. I am not trying to serve you with anything so I am assuming it is unrelated to our custody case but I have no clue."

I called that number and it was "Arlington & Associates Group", not the Ca. Processors Office. I did not bother talking further, as I have been called by these numbers before and I just wanted their name/Co. again. This is harrasment, as I told them to serve me when I first got the call. (8months ago) They never did, then I asked that they remove my contact information from their database, or I will report them for harrasment. This is all over a disputed bill that is not going to change, so it is just further harrasment..

Got a call from blocked number.  Caller said he was the processor server and asked if it was the resident number for (gave my ex's name).  I told him no.  Insisted on me contacting him.  Gave me 855-744-9377 and a case number and asked if i could get hold of my ex to call the server on the number within an hour.  And that they can only hold the server for an hour before he goes to his residence to serve him.  "Something doesn't seem right about that phone call"  Why a processor server be calling strangers before serving papers.

Received a call from a restricted number   - caller was a Mark Miller and I was to call 855-744-9377 about a compaint that had been issued on me.  I have gotten the same call but different 855 #  This was"time sensitive.  and Good Luck if I didn't respond
