I got a call from Anthony Fox at this company that told me that if I didn't call back by 12pm I would be processed. Then at 11:59am I got a phone call that stated that they were from my local county's Summons division and  they gave me a case number. I called the county clerk of court and gave her the number and she said that she had nothing for my name or that number and that the number I was given was a fake.

They are supposedly from Progressive (not the insurance company) supposedly representing some Loanpoint company that I supposedly took out a loan from and "presented a bad check to a financial institution" - I told them to mail me proof.  They threatened to take me to court.
