I continue to receive calls from 855 759-1856 regarding a process server attempting to serve to a previous owner of a home I purchased over a year ago.

After three calls, I called the number and demand they stop harassing me, I own the property and it is rented to another party, and do not harass the tenants.

The callers failed to identify the company they represent.

My ex received a voice message from this company stating they were mailing some documents to his PO Box on behalf of me. The kick is I haven't been with this guy in over 10 years. They stated I had listened him as a reference. I didn't even know he had a PO Box. He called them back and let me listen to the message. They stated that I need to call today by 5:30p or they were going to serve me on Monday morning. They didn't say the name of the company. They questioned him on if he talked to me and that he should relay the message. I guess they going to have to serve me then.

I received a message leaving this as a call back #. the message said something about documents being issued. So when I called back they gave a long winded explanation about an old Chase card I had. They were trying to file suit against me. I can't afford to go to court.
