This caller keeps calling my cell phone and does not leave a message (6 different times in last 4/5 days). It shows up as an unidentified number and I have never callled this number is my life.  I want this number erradicated.

855-763-3147 REPEATEDLY calls my home number at 7 and 8 am, while I am sleeping. They used to say it is "AOL" regarding "billing". My caller ID reads "Unknown Name" when they call. ITS A TOTAL SCAM. YOU PEOPLE DO REALIZE THAT EVEN IF YOU DO HAVE AOL, YOU CAN GET AOL FREE, RIGHT?? My numbers are listed on government Do Not Call lists and I have told this caller TO STOP CALLING ME, yet they persist. IF YOU GET CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, BLOCK IT. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW, CALL YOUR PHONE COMPANY AND TELL THEM YOU ARE RECEIVING HARASSING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND ASK THEM TO BLOCK IT FOR YOU.

I keep getting calls from this number, a couple of times and day, and no one talks.  Can you block a caller from a home phone (non cell) and if so, how?

It's AOL.  You can't seem to get out of their monthly plan even though there is absolutely no benefit to keeping it now.
I spoke with them yesterday, and they vowed to take me off the call list.

I have received numerous calls from 855-763-3147 asking for information about my aol acount and urging me to update it

They caller claims I owe AOL money, but I do not.  The calls are repeated often, very irritating.

Different numbers from so called AOL with important update on my account... Surprise no longer an AOL member. I have notified AOL and service rep stated there was no updates on a closed account...

I got this number calling my WORK number 3-4 times a day, they always hang up when I answer.  I can't continue getting these harrassing calls at work and can't put a business phone number on the do not call registry.  Don't know what else to do.  I called them this morning and spoke to Chastity who CLAIMS she will remove the number from their list.  We'll see.  This has been going on for over a year and I am really tired of it.

Again aol... I called to cancel my service with AOL they kept asking for info, I gave them my phone number boy am I am idiot... now they call twice a day!

recently cancelled with them. had dispute that was supposedly cleared up but they keep persisting we owe for a month we did not use. they were cancelled. they charged the new credit card number for what is not owed. somebody is in cahoots here. either the bank or both the bank and aol. not happy about this at all. they called at 2:28 today and7:17 pm. we are keeping all our paperwork ,but do not under any circumstances sign up with them for internet service because you will be very sorry.learn from our misfortune,

We keep getting calls at all hours of the day and night from this number but when we answer no one responds on the other end.  It is pretty annoying because they keep calling again & again.

These guys are relentless scammers! We haven't had AOL for over two decades, yet they keep calling. I put them on my reject list a few months ago, but they still try about once every day or so.

AOL is a dinosaur and they seem to be powerless against these idiots.

Don't return the call. If you're still curious, look up AOL's page in the Internet and contact them via one of their legitimate phone numbers.

Calls EVERY DAY. No message is ever left. It's very annoying since they call several times a day.

A person named Kim keeps calling me stating I have owed since 2009, but they are using the wrong information regarding me. I believe this is a scam.

bull, they won't be calling us cause we don't have AOL.  you must be a rep from AOL and trying to make your company look good.

They call our work phone and hang up as soon as you answer, it is AOL. We do not have AOL in any office. The number is 855-763-3147.

I keep getting a phone call from this number, saying they are from AOL and pressuring me to give them a credit card number to continue my services.  I called AOL myself and the account in question is 1) a free account and 2) been closed for over two years.  The gentleman I spoke with at AOL when I called said there was nothing going on with the account and that there was no reason for AOL to be calling me.  He said it was "quite possible" it is a phishing scam.

When you call the 855-763-3147 number back, an automated voice mail answers and it says it is AOL.  It sounds very legitimate when you call it back, but it is not them.  If you are called from this number do not give them any information.  End the call and call AOL's customer service number yourself.

They called and needed me to confirm my info to prove I was me. I refused and asked what they wanted. They said I needed to update my account info. I said then email me or I would do it online. They said I can go and do it online and that would be fine. Then they called back the next day and the next. I have unlimited minutes. I think I will take up their time. Thay or use an airhorn next time they call.

This call comes in once or twice each day at different times.  No one is ever on the other end.  How do I get this stopped?  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I never even have anyone answer on the line but I certainly don't have AOL.  If I did, I would cancel it until they did something to stop these calls.

Got a call from a man this morning stating he was from AOL and needed my user name. I told him no and he once again asked for it. I then told him hell no and hung up on him. He's not called back.

I finally spoke to someone today...after numerous attempts for them to call me...it's a phishing call. They asked for my wife's password reset information ("What is your pet's name.") I wouldn't give it to them and the guy on the line was becoming more and more frustrated. I kept reiterating that he needed to send me a bill. He told me he couldn't send me a bill without the password info..never told me my address.

Hopefully, now that they know I'm not a sucker, they'll stop calling.
