I received a phone call from 843-353-0157 (Myrtle Beach, SC Phone number)about a month ago from a woman saying she had papers to serve..when I began to question her about what kind of papers whe said I needed to talk to the firm handling the claim, and she gave me a claim number, and said she would call back. She called back...and called back and after about the 4th call she left a message saying I had been served.
Today I recieved a call from the same number except it was a man this time. When I questioned him and asked him what lawyer, and what claim he responded with ' you mean you have no idea what I am talking about' to which I replied that is exactly what I'm saying. I asked for the name of the firm...no name...I asked him who he was and who he worked for....Clay Roberts...Independant Locator.
Is there anyway to report these phone calls....they will call and call and call.

This women clled my sister wouldnt leave her name just said she needed to get in touch with me really...didnt have my address just a name but wanted me to call them back with my address and telephone number,then the same people different claim number called my phone left a message no name to call back...like really.These are the numbers--(888)901-4938 called from 843-353-0116 thats what showed on the caller id. another call from them came from a 843-353-0157 return call to (855)767-5751.....can they make up there minds and who do i owe.

The call actually came from (201) 425-1495 and I was instructed to call (855) 767-5751 to confirm my home and work address because a file has been claimed against me. Have no idea what this "claim" is all about as they didn't leave any additional details. Oh well...

Got a call from a lady on her cell phone 812-716-2313 she called three times in a roll until I answered. Told me a claim number and that I need to call 855-767-5751 if I didn't call that number she would have to serve me papers.

Kept getting calls from this number claiming i had charges and a claim against me. Then they said they werent handling the case and that i was being served.

This dude called my job yesterday claiming his name was John Hatten and that he had papers to serve me....word of warning....Don't get served,John!
