The answering machine message mentioned that I have debt with USCD America Debt-by-debt. I totally have no idea if I owed any mortgage/credit card/student/etc loans.

Carlos Valenzuela called last week asking for "Jordan Joseph".... uh, I'm not a guy. I called them to let them know they had the wrong number for "Jordan Joseph". The girl I spoke to said she would remove my number.
Two days later Carlos called again and left a message. I called to have my number removed again. They said it wasn't in the computer anymore.
This morning Carlos called again and left a message. I called back, spoke to Amber, and told her if they do not remove my number from their system and they call ever again for him I would be reporting them to authorities as this was my THIRD request in a week even though she too said my number "wasn't in the system"....

I just didn't pick up and message went to voicemail, but I just deleted it. I don't owe anyone a dime, so I'm not happy either.

Carlos Valenzuela at USCB calls every day - sometimes several times a day. I foolishly sent him money several times then found out my health provider had not turned my MRI charges over to them. Since I've also been sending money to my health provider, I've been paying two entities for the same thing!
This is a fraud! I've tried to block his numbers (he uses several different ones) and he has implemented something that does't allow me to block his numbers.
How can they be stopped?

This is a debt collector. I dont know how they got my number. They are calling for my brother. They call once or twice a week. A recorded message which states "they are Carlos Valensuala from USCB America, if youu are not (my brothers name) please hang up or call us back. This message contains private information for (my brothers name). They are begining to get on my nerves.

Typically they don't identify themselves, they keep saying they're going to come serve papers, may give date & time but don't show up. Real servers would never call you. They apparently dial a lot of wrong numbers w/names wrong. Sometimes they call regarding a case number... etc.
They seem to threaten many people if they get thru. see link many other stories
