This address is a UPS store.  Why am I not surprised.   I make it a hobby to run down the locations of these small-time debt scammers.  I've seen it all before.   Typical mail drop of kitchen table debt scammers working out of someone's house in a run down neighborhood in small town New York.

CRM is the real deal. They are a collection agency acting on behalf of a client. They usually have a file that needs to be resolved.
Best way to handle them- call back... Verify the info needed (they already have the info) they just need to make sure they have the right person on the phone. And make arrangements.  OR they have the wrong person and need to be told

Someone who pretended to be from a collection agency called credit support called my home and left a message for someone named Natasha Laurent for the account number z177302.  I don't know anyone named Natasha Laurent.

How can someone be so unprofessional and leave messages like this on people's voice mail?  He was calling from number 1-855-787-3817 extension 5023.  He speaks so badly that I could not understand his name properly.  It sounded like he said that his name was Mister Pacula.

He said that Natasha Laurent owed money to TD Canada trust.  If someone knows Natasha Laurent please forward this message to her so this loser Mister Pacula never calls me again.

yeh IS CRM real deal or scam?
