I have gotten calls from this number on my home phone a few times over the last few days.  They threaten to contact my last known employer and that it will affect my bank accounts.  The name they reference during their call is not mine though.  I wish they would stop calling me.  

It can't be legal for them to call and harass people, they need to be shut down.  They sound like some scam outfit.

Been getting these calls too and sick of it!! They call with a local phone number so i answer it thinking its someone who really wants to talk to me versus harassing me...smdh...then they leave the 855.800.6317 phone number. Who are these folks!

Every week the same annoying, incredibly threatening, poor acting script reader yells at me . Wonder if his kids are proud of him .. Any smart aggressive Attorney could make a fortune on this one if indeed Collection Harassment is illegal. What's the next step ????

I got the exact same threatening message and it also came in on my husband's cell phone. I don't know who these people are or what they think they are doing but I feel threatened and I would like to know what actions I can take because I am ill and this is making it worse.

I juss got the same voice mail juss about an hour ago. I think I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one that got this phone call. They threaten to contact my last known work of employment and bank. We have to find out who these people are and put a #STOP to what they are doing. I don't think it's fair!!! When you contact BBB & FCC, let me know PLEASE!!!

I got the same message today. They are breaking a lot of laws. I will be contacting BBB & FCC. They must be stopped.

I received a voice mail message from this number claiming they were a debt collection agency and they threatened me with a court summons and that all the bank accounts associated with my name would be frozen. When I looked up the name of the agency M and S Associates out of New York, there were several other complaints on here about them but from a different number. I haven't done enough research yet to figure out if they are a real debt collection agency, but I will say they are definitely breaking fair debt collection act laws.
