Cette compagnie me harcèle depuis le 4 août 2012 alors que je n'ai absolument AUCUN COMPTE chez eux ni ailleurs.  Il semble que les appels proviennent d'une centrale qui demande notre no de compte... ensuite ils disent de faire le chiffre 1 et transfère a un agent.  L'agent demande la même chose.... no de compte.... j'ai beau leur dire que je n'ai AUCUN COMPTE, l'agent commence ses questions indiscrètes.... Nom.... il dit on a pas ce nom là.... puis monsieur pousse l'affaire   «as-tu un surnom»????  M***e  à mon âge je n'ai pas de surnom..... il demande ensuite le nom de la ville où je demeure.... je leur dis.... et le cher agent répond... non on a pas cette ville....  et il ferme la ligne...... deux heures après le même manège et ça se répète 5-6-7 fois par jour et ce depuis le 4 août et nous somme rendu à la fin de septembre et ils continuent leurs satanés appels.  Je ne connais pas cette compagnie ni d'Adam et Eve.... qu'on me fiche la paix une fois pour toute!!!!

I have been dealing with Wells for a long time as well, with good credit, now that the sold out to this SST Group, I am always receiving calls, my favorite is a couple of days before my due date to remind me of my due date.  I make it online on the date and call with reference number and still receive 8-10 phone calls from their computer.....I told them last week I was going to file harrassment changes against the company....can't wait for the end of November to be rid of them, will never deal with them again.

These people call me at work at least ten times a day even though I have very little left on the loan I have left with them and even though I have a payment plan set up with them. I have actually spoken to someone twice this week explaining this very story (and yes, the notes are even in their system) yet they still call me. Wells Fargo was so much easier to deal with. I will NEVER approach SST in the future should I need a loan, so very unorganized and rude as well.

I need to amend this. I am getting soooooo angry. They called again. TWICE! That is a total of 9 calls in one day, eight at home and once at work that I know of. For a bill that has ben PAID!!!!!!
One agent was Yuki, and the other was Steve. Neither would give me last names. I asked for a supervisor, couldn't give me one. I asked for the name of the President, THEY SAID IT WAS PRIVATE INFO! Are you kidding me? What kind of back alley operation are these people? I'm filing a complaint first thing in the a.m.

This is SST Financial. I hate these guys. This little story is my way to vent at these a-holes, and it's a million percent true, no embellishment. Don't need to, it's crazy enough. I dealt with Wells Fargo fro 8 years. NEVER a late payment, never mind missed. Perfect credit. Wells sold all Canadian accounts to SST. Get this, again, never late in the very short few months I have dealt with them. So my payment dates are the 11th of every month. I make an online payment Friday the 10th because Saturday is the 11th, and KNOWING online banking takes a couple days, I phone them on the 10th (Friday) and told them it was made, and gave a confirmation number because I know their stupid computer is going to call me, because this happened once before, when my due date landed on a weekend. I had company visiting this weekend and didn't need embasrassment.  Agent tells me no problem, they give it 5 business days anyway. So alls good, no calls. Today, I ignore the number at 8:00 a.m., thought it was a telemarketer. I go to work and these jerks called me there. I have never been more embarassed in my life. Now my freaking receptionist who took the call from a computer knows darn well it was a collection agent for ME, because who else uses computers to call? And since I am a manager at my company, this is going to get blabbed. Sad thing is I have NOTHING to be embarassed about. But try explaining that to the women around the water cooler. I ream this guy out and TOLD him it was paid and that I phoned Friday. I asked him, when was the last time I was late? He says never. How long do you have my records for? Back to 2008 he says, from Wells. So I say to him, why hit the panic button? He says, the computers make the calls. Nice. A computer. That's the word today. Not my fault, it's the computer. I get home and look at the call display. 5 times they called. Then suddenly it rings and I pick up. Computer says all agents are busy, and the phone hangs up. I called it back thinking a telemarketer. F-ing SST!!!!!! I waited and reamed out the next agent. He tells me "Oh, the payment has been reflected in our system now, thank you for calling" and hung up. During the day, my payment processed, and yet STILL I get collection calls.

Thanks Wells Fargo for selling out to an a-hole company.  I appreciate the massive thanks I got for 8 years of high interest loyalty. Screw you too, hope the mortgage crisis melts you down. And SST is going to get a call from my MP and the Credit Bureau.
