Called me at my place of employment and left a message
When I called them, they refused to identify who they were? Hung up on me? Asked questions regarding credit cards that I never owned? Said they were sending documents for a civil case with a sheriff to my job? Very strange!
Is there a way to get rid of this unwanted harassment legally?

Got a call and said if I did not call back they would have no choice but to issue court documents to my address. The person they were speaking about was my boyfriends son who lives in NH and we live in FL. I have nothing to do with him. When I called back, they transferred me to two people with the last saying they were the legal dept. I told them to never call me again and I do not have any obligations tied with the person and to take me off their list. They refused and gave me little more info and hung up!

There was a similar message on our recorder about filing court documents. We called back and a rude person refused to give information saying he "didn't have time for this." He checked the "case number" and said it is about ----------- [the tenant who lives there].

It's a total scam. I got an initial call from a restricted number so I let it go to voicemail. When I called the number left in the message a woman answered "Legal Administration." When I started asking questions about the company she hung up on me. When I called back, the woman who answered got very nasty and threatened to block my number. Don't fall for this.

I get a call from the phone number 8558130878 asking stupid questions about jose cardenas and saying that some inf. will be send to the court.

I did. They said they were going to send some documents to court, which is weird...don't they just file without telling you and then you get something in the mail?
