This is a SCAM. They try to intimidate you into thinking you owe money for something that is an old debt. They say they are "agents" and give you a "case number". If they continue to call/harass you, let them know that you will file a complaint with your Attorney General. There are rules they must follow from the Fair Debt Collection Act, and harassment is not one of them.

I received a call from this number and they left no message. They have called multiple Inez Shen I am away from my phone. Any ideas on who this is? I will try answering the next time they call.
