The call is not from Aetna directly, but a company called Inovalon that contracts w/ Aetna. They are legitimate, and are contracted to do outreaches to assist people with scheduling their physicals etc.

Call @11:23 yesterday 10/17/12 - Msg left by a Cheryl supposedly from Aetna regarding a letter from Aetna and to call M-F 8am-7 pm EST. No letter recd from Aetna!
