I have calls from this number 3 days in a row now.  They alawys come during the day when I am at work and they never leave a message on my answering machine.  This is a repeat pattern ebcasue it has happened before.  My number is ona Do Not Call Registry but people or compnaies or scam artists like the ones using this number and others don't seem to care.  They just keep calling.  I will just keep ignoring them.  I am also going to the Do Not Call site  and see if there some way to report them there.  

My opinion - they should all be given ten years in Joe Aparo's jail in Arizona.
