.It  was an foreigner from an law office by the name of  Sean Casper stating there is an legal complaint case file  in the courthouse against me and he knew my name and the last four digits of my social security number He said that he will send his investigating officers to my house and work place to provide me an hot copy of my case file and an subpoeno plus drag me and my manager into court where we will be liable to pay an fine of 10,000 dollars plus 2 years of imprisonment.
He called me on Jan 27,2012

i sent a message to the FBI. I have recieved the same calls. Only he says he is calling from the law firm. No name for the law firm. You can report them to your local law enforcement.

I got the phone call on Monday of this week said they were from cyber law firm and that I was going to be arrested that day if I did not pay 300 dollars with in the hour. Wanted me to go to Wal Mart and get a green dot card and they would call me back in the hour. It was a girl with a foreign accent said her name was cathy. Said they were representing USA Cash advance. In that hour I called my back and asked to check to see if there was ever a deposit for that amount and from that company of course there was none. I told them I was in Bankruptcy and they said it did not matter. They were out of Texas. I am 64 and I was scarred. My daughter who is a paraleagal told me it was a scam I also called my bankruptcy lawyer and he said they do not work in this way by calling you and threating you to collect. When I called her back at this number ext 306 they have me blocked so I can not make anymore phone calls to them.

I got a call from 855-826-6770, i called back told ladythat answered i dont want to subscribe to them and leave my accounts and information alone,she had all my information,she said wait talk to my boss and transfered me to him,i told him not be using my accts,info that i do not have a loan and leave me alone,he then said i could be fined up to $8,000.00,and that i should get a lawyer or one will be ppointed to me,i didnot say anything,then he said how we going take care of it?i was quiet then he said again what u going to do?so i said first im going call my bank then go to police department ,man then curse me gd mf sob mf and hung up on me!  next day lady call me on my cell# again and said my last 4 ssn# to call back!

Since I have called them back and messed with them , I haven't received any BS calls in almost a week now. Like I said if you will call them back and mess with a couple of times they will stop calling!

Got the same call from "Shawn Kasper from Law Office,' foreign accent, very rude, same threats about suing me for $10,000.00, sending police officers to my home and work, etc.  Even more funny is that it was about a friend of mine and not me.  How or why he got my cell number is beyond me.  Did not bother calling back, but did report to state Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission and to my cell phone carrier.

They called and threatened me too, that I was going to go to Jail they are full of crap.

I forgot to mention that the guy that I was messing with said that he lives in Pakistan. he then said that that he was glad that Osama Bin Laden did what he did. I then lost it and called him every name in the book. I told him instead of an officer coming to arrest me why don't he get his a** over to my house and we will lock the door and see who comes out!

These a** clowns finally quit answering my calls. Oh well I had a ton of fun today calling them and messing with them. By the way one guy actually admitted to this being a scam. He said that people have been sending them money for years. Pretty sad. I hope all these b*****ds burn in hell!

Don't worry! Call them back like I have been doing and play alone with them for a while and then start messing with them. I have had so much fun doing this! I got a phone call from a lawyer name Charles Hunter with a heavy India accent who wanted my social. He said I owe someone $10,000. I call the number back. It we to an automatic person who wanted me to dial the last name of the caller. But, It would not let me get through. Said he was going to sent a officer to my house.

This company has started calling Re: a Advance America loan stating court, jail, sending police to my work! Thank you all for your post so I no what to do! I will say they had we SCARED! Never been in trouble and dont want to be! These people need to be stopped! Started telling me owed $8000 now it is $1750 when hell my loan was less than $400! So now what do i do?

I just told these scumbags that why don't they come to america and all the people that they have called will meet them somewhere and we will see who would walk away!

I got this BS call Friday, it was left on my voicemail. I'm not going to lie I was a bit worried. It upset my wife. I told her to google the number and it is a fraud we all know. I am going to call these pricks back tomorrow all day long and tell them what I think about them and it ain't going to be pretty! I hope some more people on here will do the same!

I Love it! Yea I got this call yesterday and the email got me a bit worried but I googled it and found out that it is a scam. I'm like you I will be calling these b*****ds tomorrow every hour on the hour and telling them what I about them.

I have started receiving threating messages as well using your name.  I don't know who these people are, I can barley understand what they are saying.

I got these phones calls too (still getting them). I even called the payday loan and they said that these people have broke a lot of payday loan codes (from threaten people with the police, to talking to you crazy). He also stated that you can not get arrested from not paying a payday loan. The only thing that they can do is take you to civil court and there they can not arrest you (only collect money). So do not let these people scare you.

I read some earlier post because I did not know these people names or when I called the number, I could not get through without knowing a extension. Thanks to one of you, I learned that it was 306. The payday guy also told me to make a police report (even though the police can not really do anything BUT you will have it on record).

One more thing Advance told me, we need to start calling the Federal Trade Commission and report every time that they call (1-877-382-4357)...http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm..

I received a call from this number. The eastern man said his name was Kevin Frost and he was representing "Cash Advance." He was threatening me with arrest for fraud and theft by deception. He wouldn't give me a phone number for the company he was representing. When I called back and told him I thought he was a fraud he hung up on me.

Today my husband received a phone call from a man named Max phone number 855-826-6770 saying that he owed 1095.00 dollars for a pay day loan.  My husband has not taken out any pay day loans.  My husband then got off the phone with him and called me and I googled the phone number and came to this website.  They called again and my husband told them he didn't have a credit card with him to make a payment but that they could call me and I would make the payment after I talked to my father who is a Sheriff.  They wanted to know why we would talk to a Sheriff  and that it wasn't necessary.  Max called me asking for the payment, I asked what it was for and he told me it was for Cash Advance America.  Strange how the company we owe money to changed.  I asked him why when I google search the phone number there are many complaints saying that this is a scam.  He told me many people make complaints because they don't want to pay, and again asked if i would make the payment.  I said no and he hung up on me!  No real collection agency is going to act as unprofessional as this.  As others have stated the caller had a foreign accent and the quality of the phone reception was horrible.

this place called me and said it was from a law firm. they said i had fraud charges anf hot check charges and that i had a court date that i was not aware of and they were going to take my tax return.they are frauds.

have your lawyer call them. they are doing that to me too

I receive a message from a man call Max Morris from this number. His message was that If I didn't get back to him that he was going to send the police to my address and that they were going to arrest me. That I own him $10,000. I call the number back and someone with a heavy accent answer. Max Morris told me that he was the person to speak to regarding my case. He wanted me to send money through western union and I told him that I couldn't do that. He then began to call me named so I decided to play the same game with him. He then put me on hold for 5 mins. After that I told him that he was being trace by the police department. I'm going to file a police report and also contact the FBI.

I' so gald I read this message I'm having the same problem, some law firn calling with the name Law Office of Baker and Ray Mckenzie from Atlanta, he said the same thing to me. I told him I was going right this moment downtown to the court house, and he told me go ahead and hang up on me... How can we stop this? I have some law knowledge and I believe is someone is taking you to court you should receive some kind of certified letter....IDIOT!. If he call again I will try to get that information.

I got a harassing phone call from a Tina Mensez to make a western union deposit of 700 and within an hour or I will be arrested. She would not give me any information on the loan or who or how much or anything wanted to report this.

This is a fraud! Someone is using my Law Firms name. We have reported it to the Police and you should do the same.
