You're just another pathetic SHILL pal! What's the matter? People learn their rights and your meager minimum wage + commission job dries up? There are consequences for actions. Low-life, bogus debt collectors are the most transparent people on this site. Actions? What? You come here with your sanctimonious BS and complain. What you're complaining about is the fact that people are learning, you're income is withering.
You matter to no one. Not the people that have stooped to your level, not to us. Understand the fact that when you lowered yourself to the level you're at, there's no coming back. You're nothing. That's all you'll ever be.
When you wake up...it won't matter. You're like a crack-head or an alcoholic. You may claim to be different, changed. You're not. Once a dirt-bag fraud, always a dirt-bag fraud. You are what you are. There's no changing that. You're Scum. You'll always be Scum.
Try to do at least a reasonable impersonation of a person that may someday...
Skeff Eff Liv!

Yes indeed!  It puts a final crimp in the scammers style when they have no other means of intimidation to extort money.   I own a printing company and we have had 3 employees who come forward  with this scam threat.   It showed their willingness to fight back and earned them the right to be defended.  We Don't put up with any scam threats or intimidation tactics involving our company/ family of employees and we don't hesitate to defend them legally with financial assistance if necessary.

Your insults and threats may work in your own country,  but it pisses you off when they don't work here.

Hey,   it's the shill/scammer/collector/bookie/  with the locked down caps keyboard that we have all grown to know and love.  Hostile as ever toward those who don't play his little games and blindly pay up TO THE STRANGE MAN hidden behind the Call center telephone!
How's that boiler room been treating you Rajish?  I understand a  Christian threw a stink bomb into that Hindu Hydie Hole and no one even noticed a difference in the smell.

It might be a good idea to discuss this SCAM with your employer in case they actually call him.

AND OF COURSE YOU WON'T CALL BACK BECAUSE YOU PROBABLY JUST BLOW OFF YOUR BILLS LIKE MOST LOSERS. I WOULD AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL AND TELL THEM YOU CAN'T OR WON'T PAY. YOU WANT THE CALLS TO STOP?! THEN LET THEM KNOW WHERE YOU STAND WITH YOUR BILL....INSTEAD OF RUNNING AWAY LIKE A LITTLE KID!

This is not a discussion as to whether or not we should "pay our bills"--

This is about consumers' rights when it comes to the collection of debts.

Thanks for playing.

PS--Stop shouting.

DID YOU OPEN A CREDIT CARD? DID YOU VERIFY THAT YOU IN FACT OPENED IT AND LET IT FALL INTO DEFAULT STATUS? WHAT DO YOU THINK HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON'T PAY BACK A LOAN?! YOU THINK IT MAGICALLY JUST DISAPPEARS AND YOU CAN JUST RUN UP CARDS AND NOT PAY THEM BACK?! WOULD YOU TALK TO SOMEBODY WHO BORROWED MONEY FROM YOU AND NEVER PAID YOU BACK? OR THINK IT WAS OK?! I THINK NOT. YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT AND BROKE IT. IF IT IS A LEGIT DEBT, THEN HOW IS IT A "SCAM" OR "WRONG" TO COLLECT ON IT?! THERE IS CONSEQUENCES FOR YOUR ACTIONS. AND AS FAR AS "INNOCENT" PEOPLE GETTING "SCAMMED"...HOW ABOUT YOU DON'T OPEN LOANS YOU DON'T INTEND TO PAY BACK. I'M SICK OF HEARING ALL THE WHINGING, COMPLAINING AND PEOPLE FINDING A WAY TO GET OUT OF PAYING THEIR BILLS AND RUNNING FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES!! HOW IS IT THAT YOUR SHOCKED THAT YOU GET THESE CALLS?! YOU KNOW YOU DIDN'T PAY...OH GEEZ..THEY WANT THEIR MONEY....DUH!!! YOU DON'T PAY, YOU'RE GONNA GET CALLS. TRUST ME, I'VE BEEN THERE TOO...WE'VE ALL FELL ON HARD TIMES, BUT BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR IRRESPONSIBILITY IS JUST PLAIN STUPID! PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!!!

Debt Collector
Called from a blocked number with a very stern voice stating they are delivering papers to me Monday between 8 am and 4pm and someone over 18 has to sign for them. They said they'll try twice and then my place of employment. Threatening vm. Left the hiring firm number: 855-826-7492 to call back.
Calling this afternoon to tell them to contact me via mail only.

I have received numerous calls to my office and my home from this "company." I have been given multiple company names, department names, and different phone numbers. I have already been in touch with a lawyer and my state's attorney general. Yes, this is a scam. Even IF you do legitimately owe anything, what they are doing is illegal and your debt should be wiped clean AND they will owe YOU money. Look up the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT and also look up policies in your own state as they may be different. Then do the following:

Gather as much as information as you can (phone numbers, time and dates of calls, details of calls and messages, names of people calling and company names) and then:

Report them to the FTC. Go to their website and fill out a complaint form. http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection

Go to your state's attorney general's website and fill out a complaint form. naag.org

Look for an attorney in your area who specializes in debt collection lawsuits and contact them. Most of the time they offer free consultations and will speak with you about this. I called a lawyer who told me that even though I do have a case, it would be difficult to collect anything if I win because these people are criminals. A lot of times they use cell phones that they throw away at the end of the day. Their office address is some warehouse. And then they "go out of business" right away, slightly changing their company name to make themselves look new.

IF you do speak with someone, tell them they are NOT to contact you by phone, not at your place or employment, your cell, or your home. They must abide by this. Tell them they are only to contact you by mail.

And MOST IMPORTANTLY  -  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. They will pounce!

I filled out a complaint form for my state's AG's office and they sent me a letter from their Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau within 48 hours of my complaint. They said they are going to be in touch with this company and are looking for a resolution - an adjustment to my "debt." Which means if they can't prove I owe anything, they OWE ME. If I do owe them, it will be wiped clean.

So yes, educate yourself. File complaints. And the more complaints that are filed with official agencies, there will be a class action lawsuit and you will be contacted by the proper agency to be part of it.

And a note to "Kyle," they would never send a woman server for safety reasons. They also would not call you to tell you that you have a delivery coming. Most things are done officially. You get a copy by mail and a process server will come and serve you WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU.

I'm very sorry to hear of your unfortunate circumstance.  Since you must be a kind heart you came here to warn us of possible hardships in our future, maybe you can help us out by providing us with the full name of the company who served you papers, as well as the name of the "process server" who delivered them to you.  Finally, could you tell us which state you live in.

I am anxiously awaiting your response

Now if it was a foreign extortionist calling, it's fake. But if a process server served you - well, then you owe, right? Unless of course you're a lying SHILL, & we do get a lot of those here, trying to scare people into believing they owe on fake loans. You know, 3rd world, boiler room boys, with no education, making 118 rupees a day lying, cheating, and stealing. But you got served, right?

She said they have been to my house several times and also my employers too. Even gave them my employers name. I think we should all band togther and legally go after this crazy company. This is unacceptable and it down right terrrified my Mother WHO DOESN'T NEED this. If anyone has any ideas, I'm in!!

I had a message from a Kerry Anderson saying he was with a document services and that a driver was dispatched to my place of employment to deliver a package, but that they couldn't track me down.  Then he said that I should call this 855 number and refer to a tracking number so they could make arrangements to meet with me, otherwise they'd be going to my human resources department to see if they could get someone to sign for the documents they're trying to deliver.  I work at a law enforcement agency and wonder how that's going to go down if they show up looking for me!  It's early of course so I called and left a message at that 855 number to call me back, because I travel for work and not home or at the office.  I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this!  Any advice, because it is freaking me out a bit.  I recall an attorney telling me that bill collectors (if that's what this is) can't go to your place of employment, or even threaten to do so...

They don't stop because their scam business is too profitable.  They may lose one but win 3 others.
Until everyone becomes educated in how these sewer suckers operate,  they will continue to skin people.

received a call from a Jackie Freeman, Document Services said she was trying to reach someone who could accept a package for *my name* that it attemtpted to be delivered 2x to an address i lived at years ago.  Left a number and told me to call with a case number, i called hte number and they said it was LVV Associates, i asked for their address, they wouldn't give it to me and instead transferred me.  i got a voice recording stating his name was Frank Lucas.  I didn't leave a message as i remembered the name Frank Lucas from other scams involving debt collection.  Right after that my cell phone rang and it was again Jackie Freeman and i told her to call the Attorney General's Office and leave the emssage with them to which she replied, "see you in court" ...i told her i look forward ot it and she slammed the phone down.  who are these people and why dont' they stop.  i cannot find an LVV Associates anywhere online and the number shows nothing.
