These people called and said they were magazine company and we had to make five payments of $164 and then we would have our magazines for five years. We stopped receiving magazines after one year. Now I look up on the Internet that they are a collection agency. They never said they were a collection agency only a magazine subscription agency.

Just got a bill from them on a subscription I already cancelled. Called number and they want me to leave a messege. There in burnsville,MN

they won't stop calling. i have never had a magazine subscription in my life and now they call twice a day claiming I owe them money. They say that I took out the subscription Using my maiden name but i haven't gone by that name in four years. They told me that i took out the subscription last year. Scam.

This is really weird because I was looking on Craigslist for jobs, emailed on a customer service job and received an email, and a phone call from a guy named Mike, from this TCS company. But this isn't over a debt, but a job. the number he left to call back is 1-855-827-4473, not 2273. I do have several outstanding debts and maybe this is their way of phishing for peoples updated phone numbers... I guess I will report back after I call them back!

Claim we owe money to them, will never send bill in mail. We don't owe any business money. I've told them repeatedly not to call again, to mail the info.

Kept receiving unwanted calls from Total customer service 8558272273 number

Called my cell saying they were debt collectors for a loan I took out on Oct. 11th. I refused to give them any info. and told her I didn't have any loans. She hung up.

Called my phone twice....looking for a previous tenant who left this apt over a year ago, someone I don't know, and whose never had MY number.  I called phone company advised that these people look up an ADDRESS then find who's living there and suspects they're getting who lived there before, still does.  Keep track of WHEN they keep calling.  Each time, and date.  THEN you have a valid complaint to the FCC.  Each time they call you, inform the person they are looking for is not at your address, and you don't know them, (assume that is true), and demand they remove YOUR number from their list.

Report these people to the BBB! That's what I did. The magazine sellers are scam artists, and I severely question the legitimacy of a "collection agency" that takes on scammers as clients. Total Customer Service already has a bad grade at the BBB. Everyone that has filed a complaint against them with the BBB has had heir debt dropped by Total Customer Service. Guess they're afraid of getting into trouble. The last time I filed a complaint against a company at the BBB, that company went to court because of all the complaints. Everyone that filed a complaint with the BBB received part of that settlement money. So, if this company is harassing you, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB! Who knows? You may even get some money out of it like I did.

I have been gettin calls from this number about Viking Magazine! The magazine compaywas to only take take 48.60 a month but they took two payment plus 68.00. I have call them and my sister has called them to cancle the account and then I got a call from number saying that they could help me pay the magaine off for a less price! I have pay them one payment until I check the number and I brought me here! I don't think the magazine company is real! I believe they are workin together!

I received a call for these people looking for my brother in law.  I think this is some collection agency but, my brother in law's business is his and not mine. If they want to get a hold of him that's fine just don't use my phone, that I pay for, not my brother in law. They asked me if I knew how to get a hold of him and curtly told the to take a flying leap and quit calling my number or I'll report them. I'm already on a no call list and if it doesn't concern me don't call

Recieved a call at work. The young man was bitter, demanding, and very misinformed. I've had enough of these calls and am currently seeking a lawyer to dispute the matter.

Don't listen to anything they say!! They say that they are a collections agency but won't send you your records. Seems fishy to me. They are trying to collect a $780 "debt" from a magazine company that stopped sending me a product. I'm going to ask for their full company name just to verify some of the digging around I've been doing. They call themselves TCS Collections, BBB.org rated the company a F if Ithe info matches. When I find out I'll update.

They called from a 763 number, but left this number as a call back number.  I have told them numerous times that I was scammed and refuse to pay.  My husband has told them I refuse to deal with them at all.  No matter how many times I tell them to stop calling my CELL PHONE, they do not give up.
