As we have stated repeatedly that DialToResolve,is an independent online tech-support company, provides expert's tech-support services by remote assistance for third party products. we use or highlight any third party names, trademarks, brands, services, products etc as only reference and hereby, DialToResolve disclaims any ownership, right, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of or by any such third party products.

Now its all upto the customers to call us and get the problem fix or not and apart from this i would like to add that your manufacturer is only responsible for their product not for infections , viruses and microsoft update ofcourse.

Moreover we provide free diagnostic and then tell the charges accordingly now again its customers choice to take it or not unlike others who charge for diagnostic also.

3.We don't support nor do we even encourage outbound cold calling by any means. We infact make sure that all our precious existing customers who have entrusted their valuable faith upon us are properly informed about such kind of activities so that they remain vigilant about them and indeed inform us if they anyhow find any such activity happening online.

4.NOW about this thread that has been going on since 2011, let me clarify this (as you have your self very intelligently DISCOVERED that our company that is DialToResolve has been registered about an year ago) that this indeed is not a thread about OUR company instead it was us who discovered that the toll free number that is registered with us now was previously registered under someone else(who might have done all these scam calls).So in order to make sure that our company's name is not maligned as we take a lot of pride for the kind of work we do and the amount of effort we put in for a customers, we now want to make sure that all such previous and false claims about our company are null and void.

5.Finally this goes out to all the people reading this thread that we really appreciate the effort that they have already put in to this and even urge them further to us informed intimes to come so that we can make sure that such scams are discouraged and DialToResolve is able to keep it's promise and proudly uphold it's motto  "Our Customers are our Priority and their Satisfaction is our success"

got a call from "Annette Smith" at work and on personal no-list cell....stating they received a formal complaint with my name for check fraud??  Called back to "You have reached American" and to leave a message??
Annette says she will actively be looking for me to serve papers?

I received a voicemail from a "Denny" leaving a voicemail message stating that they had a formal complaint for Amanda Long and my name and telephone number was on a legal document?  When I returned the call, "Tameka" wouldn't let me speak, I was not unprofessional or ugly.  I just wanted general information about how or why my name and telephone number was used by someone that I don't even know. She hung up on me.  I called back, dailed "0" for help, asked for customer service or a superviser, was told that I could speak with a superviser and then they hung up on me.  What the hell?

This person calls himself Marshall Cooper, and he leaves  personal information  about why he's serching for you on other peoples answer machine. With his name  and a file number.
