This is ACS, a debt collection agency.  They called my house looking for my sister, and even though she doesn't live with me, they went on and on about how she was going to be served a summons and they were going to show up with a "uniformed officer".  Ironically enough, my sister just got her bankruptcy completed - so guess what - they are SOL.

I'm tempted to have my sister file a suit against THEM seeing how they left personal information about her on a phone number that doesn't belong to her and isn't even in her name.  Pretty pathetic!
