Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his [removed:lang] brother David Higgins and their  [removed:lang] father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @[removed]. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that. The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government's allegations, which have not yet been proven.

On February 5, 2013, the State of Missouri filed a petition for preliminary and permanent injunctions, restitution, civil penalties and other court orders against Maximum Security Alarm. The petition alleges, in part, that Maximum Security Alarm engaged in a pattern of outbound telephone calls violating Missouri's No-Call List Laws by contacting telephone lines placed on Missouri's Telemarketing No-Call List in an attempt to solicit customers for home security systems. The petition also alleges that Maximum Security Alarm caused the telephone to ring repeatedly in an annoying, abusive or harassing manner by soliciting consumers after they had made known they did not wish to receive calls and utilized methods to circumvent caller identification services. The petitions seeks to enjoin Maximum Security Alarm from making telephone solicitations to those who have placed themselves on Missouri's No-Call List, require MSA to pay $5,000 per violation of the No-Call List Laws, pay the state for all investigative and prosecution costs, and to pay the State of Missouri an amount equal to 10 percent of the total restitution ordered against Defendant. Righting a blog on these #?s help many people. I for one no longer answer calls from #?s I don?t know. If it?s important they will leave a message.     But more importantly reporting these calls to the ? do not call ? is a waste of time. Call the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 there you can talk to a live person and report up to 5 numbers, or go on line to ftc.gov  ( federal trade commission) and file a complaint. If we ALL do this maybe it will get some attention.

Get calls from these idiots all the time.  It's great to see Obama's government is protecting us little guys so well.  Follow the rules and nothing gets done.  Don't know who I am the maddest at...The caller, the worthless government that does nothing to stop these calls even though they say you register they will, or Obama who runs this shooting match and handles it all from the golf course....

I am sick of all these out of state calls and it is usually a credit card crap...In one day I got about 5.This number comes up often....I am on the do not call list and something has to be done...My cell and my home phone has these types calls all the time..And some they say click the 2 button and u will be off the calling list..So i did this..And I still get them so I click #1 to talk to someone and when I say take me off they hand up on me

I do not answer calls that i can not identify. if it is important enough they will leave a message. when i received a call from this number I blocked my number. recording # is no longer in service. 99% of this trash is coming from India. if you are on Craigs list with items for sale this is most of the Telemarketers calls are scams.

Or does it? Seriously who pays for "Security" from a company that harasses you into buying it? Idiots! This company calls me daily at this point. I've probably made it worse by going as far as listening to their sales pitch for 10 minutes, then just told the guy I'm wasting his time like they waste mine. One salesman sarcastically said "I'll take you off this list only if you beg and say please". These guys are pompous pricks that know well what they are doing. If you have come across this list and purchased this product.... shame on you for enabling this. Lets all get together and file a harassment suit on these guys. Who's in?

It's a robocall, they dial a dozen or so numbers and if someone or their answering machine picks up first then you get hung up on when you answer. They have a service that says the number is disconnected but not really. I do the same using Youmail.com . Once I am spammed I ditch their number so the next time they call, it says, "number disconnected" Thanks for listing because I just plug these numbers in my service and receive so I can ditch them first.

They always call me around lunchtime from unfamiliar numbers. I never answer.
