This is a scam the name of the company that is calling is URG they are fake. I called the phone number 855-828-5947 and the recording said that the they closed due to bad weather

I just got the same call. That a formal complaint will be filed against me for defrauding a financial institution and breach of contract. Then went on refer to me as a defendent and the company (unnamed) as the plaintiff.  How can I already be named as a "defendent" if the compaint is "in the process" of being filed?  I do have a outstanding payday loan but it was only $100. I can't believe they would come after someone like that if it was legit.  This is how people get scammed.

They leave a message that says a formal complaint has been filed against you please call back and reference your case number, unknown caller shows up on caller ID. No business name.
