RadAdvantage is the worst company, I have ever delt with!! They will ask you to email them info and then after a few days say that their email no longer works. Then they said fax info tried that number disconnected. went through hospital to get correct fax number that worked. sent info and have conformation sheet that it went through. Talk to rep that said they receive the info and I would here back from them in a couple weeks never did in 4 months. Now received call from (optimum outcomes) AKA RadAdvantage there debt collectors. I gave up and just paid the bill. After they requested all the same info. They are a Relentless company. That should  be put out of bussiness or fined.

When you know you've paid, it is especially important to follow up with the billing agency to confirm your payment has been received.  Keep record of all dates, times, names of people you've spoken with, and specifics of conversations.  

When you are told the payment has been received, ask for a zero balance statement.  Do not take NO for an answer ... be persistent, ask for a supervisor if the agent is not empowered to get that final ZERO BALANCE STATEMENT.

Rad Advantage's NPI (National Provider ID) number is 1376719666 and per the Californa Secretary of State website with business entity detail, they are affiliated with Imaging Advantage, LLC of Santa Monica, CA.

For anyone being billed -- call the number on the bill; talk with the agent and get the name of the business where the services were performed or the doctor who submitted the charges.  If you don't owe the charges, work to get the bill reversed because if you do not follow up on this, you may be sued and/or have a judgment against you in the courts or credit bureaus.

Got a bill today from a company with this phone number attached.  The Contact information is:

When I called to follow-up, they informed me that they are a third party billing company.

I am going to research the legitimacy of this billing and check on this business.  I can't find a website or any information online.  I encourage you to investigate
