Dirt bags called me at 7:30am on my HOME PHONE!
Called them back and was on hold for approx. 4-minutes. When the gentleman, named Chris, answered, he had an accent and sounded like he was on drugs!  Answered the phone "Hello, this is Chris, it's just crazy here today, how can I help you"?
Told them to #1 DO NOT CALL my home a 7:30am, #2, I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, they should NOT be calling me anyway
Then he continued to argue with me over "WHO called you, because we aren't allowed to do that"?, I simply told him "I have a msg. on my machine at 7:25 this morning, that's how I knew who to call back". His reply "Iknow, that's annoying", my reply back "it's NOT just annoying, IT'S ILLEGAL! He then giggled at me and made me mad, so I told him if he did not have my # removed IMMEDIATELY, I would seek legal!

Um,  prepaid minutes with boost are not unlimited.  When used up you have to buy more.

um how do they use all your min when they are unlimited ?

Contact your phone company.  Do it NOW.  Quick before the theif runs up your bill.  Tell them to disconnect your phone.

888-266-7848 Virgin Mobile home desk called me from this number. I had opened a problem ticket with them 2 weeks ago and this was a follow up call.

Called me twice today. I have Boost Mobile, however they have never contacted me via phone call. I only ever get reminder texts to make sure I know when my next payment is due. I didn't pick up either time since I have no idea how they're able to call since my phone has been shutt off this month. Even when I've forgotten to pay for my phone in the past no one has ever called me from Boost Mobile.

If you don't have service, why don't you just shut off your phone, or at least turn off the ringer?

Boost Mobile & Virgin Mobile are both owned by Sprint.

I'm visiting because I fortunately missed two calls from this number to my Boost phone.

I also received a call from this number. About all I could understand of the message was it was from Boost customer service. I think the best thing Boost could do to improve customer service is to hire people who speak fluent English!

I got a call from them on Sept 14@ 7.15PM EDT.

Since I didn't recognize the number, I IGNORED THEM at the time.

Today someone called my  Boost Mobile cell phone from this number, twice. No voice message was left. Very annoying.

Why is this calling me over and over again?

My Phone ain't got no kinda service been calling them number y'all have and its disconnected if it gotta b all that without getting my $2 a day worth it I want it back

HE WAS WORKING FOR BOOST.  HE CALLED JUST TO USE UP YOUR MINUTES.  THAT IS FRAUD..
NEXT TIME,  DO NOT ANSWER UNLESS YOU GAVE YOUR NUMBER TO THE PERSON CALLING YOU.

BOOST CALLS YOU TO USE UP YOUR MINUTES SO YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY MORE.
SIMPLY DON'T CALL THEM BACK, INSTEAD REMOVE THE BATTEREY AND REINSTALL IT.  THAT
REMOVES YOUR MESSAGE THEY LEFT YOU WITHOUT USING UP YOUR MINUTES.

BOOST IS JUST USING UP YOUR MINUTES SO YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY MORE.  
I REMOVE MY BATTERY, THEN REPLACE IT WITHOUT PLAYING THE MESSAGE.  IT WILL ERASE THE NUMBER AND YOU DON'T LOOSE ANY MINUTES.

I have separate Boost and Virgin numbers and received several calls from this number on my Virgin phone, of course, no messages are left.  Boost or Virgin or whoever, all of these calls are just annoying.

I got a call from this number too and I'm also a Virgin Mobile customer. What gives?

I have been a Virgin customer for many years and can't remember them EVER calling me. (Text yes, call, no). This number called about 4 hrs ago I couldn't answer, but they left no message. I assumed it was a telemarketer but decided to check here. I know there's a connection between Sprint and Virgin, don't know about Boost. Just got another call from the same number and I decided to answer. It was a pre-recorded msg from Boost saying my new VM has been set up now record blah blah.  WEIRD!! Wonder if it's a scam or if they're trying to trick us into switching or something. I submitted a question to Virgin about this.

I don't know where they get my cell# from If I never gave it to them. I don't want any services fro them.
They just called me, but I didn't answer them.
Hope there's a way to block a number.

Got a call from a guy with Indian accent & asked for my 4 digit pin. MetroPCS now has $40 plan with 3G LTE not the slow 3G boost mobile.
