Thank you so much for posting your experience with these scammers! I received a call from them yesterday and felt a little uneasy but wasn't sure if it was a scam or not. I decided to google their phone number before I gave them access to remote into my computer. I found your post just in time. Thank you!

I got the exact same calls, several times. Found this article. A guy (who happened to be an Actual computer technician) apparently recorded his conversation with one of these "pc tech" representatives. Here is the full article with the video

Received a call from a person from India who said he was a Tech from Microsoft, John,  and they had reports that my computer was in danger for one month and he was going to help me fix it.  I told him it sounded like a scam and was going to report him.  He begged me not to report him.  I asked for a number to call him back.  I told him I only used an iMac, iPad and iPhone and therefore his claims were impossible.  He told me to go to hell and hung up.

Those must have been REAL small hackers if they came out of your computer!!

The only thing they will help you with is cleaning out your bank account by putting a virus or malware on your computer.  Tough day in the boiler room???  You do not  even deserve a D- as a shill.

Your call does represent a computer problem. It's an operator error....from your end! You're a repugnant FRAUD who's trying to scam enough Rupees to feed your worthless self!

They were cleaning my computer and they made my computer cleaned I actually had problems on my computer and once they worked on it they made it fast since then..

These people called me and they were very much helpful, they cleaned up my computer by removing the viruses the errors and the warnings and they also removed hackers from my computer.

Did they work on your brain too? It's well washed. This is a well known scam. Either fix the problem yourself, take it to a brick & mortar repair store, or call a reputable, well known company. Click on an internet popup? So much for that computer. Maybe you could shine it up & use it for an ashtray.

I got A call from these guys calling themselves as PC Support They helped me with my computer and they make my computer safe secure and protected and they cleaned up my computer.

Got the call as most of you did, error on the side of caution and hang up!

I just received 3 calls in a row from same people. They quickly gave me their number, saying they were pc tech. Saying the same things. Again thick accent. The person said his name was "Tyler Reed". I threatened to report him and call the BBB. Haven't called back since.

I got the same call as everyone else on the page.  "EXACTLY!"  They call two days in a row. I told them this didn't sound legit and I wanted to talk to their supervisor. I got Andrew on the line and he tried to get me to share my computer with him so he could remove the hackers. I wasn't born yesterday. I told him I was going to report him to microsoft and he hung up the phone.

Just got same call from Brand Cooper 855-832-4110 x213......He was insistent that I call him back immediately to prove he was legitimate.  I found this first.......thank goodness.

i keep haveing someone call  me and he says him name is mathrew. is he one of them also.

The guy with heavy accent called me to give free diagnostic for computer. But he ended up offering me his service contract demanding $200. I did not want to buy but my computer was running slow so i signed up. When i called the number second time they tried to up sell a plan to me. Professional but tricky technicians.

The Tech guy also told me that  my computer has got junk files and hackers.
I can see them running around "right in front of my eyes"  now!

I got a call last night from Tech Support guys telling me that computer has got junk files and hackers, At first I was little annoyed with the call but the person was very much polite and soft speaking with heavy accent, he asked me to go to the computer and he showed me that my computer was having thousands of errors and the warnings and hackers in it were trying to steal informations from my computer, I was not very much computer savvy, I asked the person to clean up my computer. The person asked me to check the protection on my computer but it was not active so I was not happy that my computer is not protected so asked the person to help me with that. So the Technician cleaned up my computer from Viruses and promised me to clean all hackers from my computer and he did right in front of my eyes. I was very happy and the computer was working fast.

I received the same call which showed me number unavailable on my caller ID, I answered the phone an Indian guy saying that he is a Technician from Tech Support calling for the problems on the computer, I do had problems on my computer he helped me politely with my problems and I asked him MS never calls anybody but he said that he is not with Microsoft, He was from PC TECH support and and told me that MS never calls nobody and he cleaned my computer from the viruses and the junk files in my computer. My computer is running faster now

Indian calling me telling me he's with Microsoft and that ALL Windows users are infected with something that's not a Virus, but that will ruin my computer if they don't solve it for me. I asked for specifics, but they wouldn't give ANY details...

I also got a call from this caller stating he was calling to assist with an error on my computer.  He said he was helping microsoft .  I hung up on him the first time and he called back the next day.  Funny - he said he was Ricky Martin and when I asked him to verify the company and I would call him back he said he worked for PC Tec Support and gave a false website of www.pctec110.com.  The  number he gave me was 855-832-4110.  He kept telling me to go on my computer and when I would be on the internet on his site he would fix the problem that would otherwise ruin my computer.

Received a call today, also heavy India accent, but stated my computer has some problems, that error reports were sent to Microsoft, and he could give me instructions to fix the problem before my computer crashes.  Fortunately, I was at work and not near my computer.  He gave me his name: John Miller (right!) and same # as above.
