Someone called me from this number 1-855-832-7984.they wanted to verified our address because there was a complaint against my husband and he had to be here to get the papers.he wanted and no one showed up.they called me today and wanted the same thing but they knew what car I drove and my daughters car.

somebody name Judy Winner called to my boss at work, my brothers, my sister in law scarring them that there is claim against me and Them? giving all of them claim number and phone number. When i tupe that number on google it says that it belong to marketing company. But the person to talk to you is very mean because all she is interested is to collect the money for Her Commision - nothing else. Its like they are treating my life and my relatives and friends. I felt very scared. I felt like reporint them to the police for my life's protection and the people that they called. Anything happens to me, they are called themselves Consolidated, phone number 1-855-832-1493. Please be aware of them!!!

855-832-6251/716-558-5230.   These are numbers from a collection agency called United Check Systems.  SCAM   ARTIST'S!!!!!      The company is operated by cocaine addicts, and opiate addicts.  They use illegal techniques to attempt to collect money.   They use law office names to scam free food from local businesses.   Many of the employees have reputations from being affiliated with past agencies that have already been shut down.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, AND REPORT THEM APPROPRIATELY.      REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND TO BUD HIBBS.

Just got a call on a phone# that I do not give out, Says they have to verify info before sending out to employer & credit refenences.  I think this is a scam, I will not respond to this call.

Complete scam. I got the same message. Filed with the attorney general in Washinggton  state, and better businees bureau.

I just got a call from the number of 855-832-6251, the message says that they are from the Pima County Court office and that papers are being served by the court. They gave me 24 hrs. to call and that a legal counsel was appointed. They said to call 855-832-6251 ext. 305 which is the legal counsel's extention.They did not mention exactly what's it's for or who is sueing me. Are they really scammers or are they real legal people?

Got a phone call from this number saying that I had until the end of the month to pay $600 or I was being charged with intent to defraud the government and possession of a fraud device if the money was not available for them to take off on the 29th.  I paid $50 up front as a "Good faith payment," and then started doing some investigating.  I spoke with the credit department for the state attorney generals office.  The lady there told me she had received other calls about this same company and it was all a big scam.  She also emailed me a link to the states laws regarding collection processes, and threatening legal action is a violation of my states rights. I have never received anything in writing from this company, so not even sure what the debt is.  The actual company that called was United Check Systems, which can be a legal collection department, but the state attorney generals office told me that they are not legally authorized to collect on debts out of my state.  If the call seems odd, check everything about it.  It's probably a scam.

You are correct. A judgement has to be issued against you in court for anyone to be able to garnish your wages and there are a few states where garnishing wages is not allowed. No one can be arrested or jailed for a debt that is owed. There is no debtor's jail. This is a complete and absolute scam and these people are getting your information from old Payday loans or any cash advances or loans you may of applied for on line. Please give these people NOTHING! No money, no name, no info of any kind. And to the person who actually paid these scammers...don't you think it a bit odd that any reputable company would ask for a prepaid card to make this payment? THINK THINK THINK!! Now you have no way to trace the skammers that you paid this nmoney too. YOU HAVE TO BE SMARTER THAN THE SCAMMERS!!!!!

dont they have to take someone to court as a civil case and win before they can send papers to your HR department for them to deduct anything

unwanted and unsolicited calls made to my cell phone!  Blocked the incoming number!

I have received several calls from this number.  When you check with the county clerk they say they are calling from noone knows what is going on.  It is a hoax and a way to obtain money illegally as far as we can tell.  Block their numbers as they come in the are from 713 and 714 and 716 #'s when we have received them.  We are on a no call list also so I am not sure how they got our numbers.

I got the same call from this numbers1-877- 698-2243 and  1-855-832-6251, this woman name Brandy said they cal from ISD GROUP LLC she said they had to collect a debt, something about a bad check I wrote long time ago. They say they were calling from Imperial County Clerk's office and that if I did'nt pay $344.52 they will procecute me in court. I get a prepaid debit card and pay the dues.. Then a month later today 03/22/2012 they called again and said that I had until April the 28th, 2012 to pay this other amount $250  they said a remaining balance on my account otherwise a person name Mark Simon will go to my job site to get the money. I did buy a debit card put 300 in it and called this number back to pay out the so called debt of fear and pressured. I now know I did a very stupid thing, they lied to me in order to obtain their money....to bad i'ts too late now. ripped off in CA.

some documents were sent to my hr department today from this company. it was from the corprate office at UCS. i called them and asked why they did't call me first, but i forgot i had changed my number. they took a 40% settlement on my case and my wages were never garnished.

this person keeps calling saying they will make a decision against me on a case.  i work for a law firm and don't think they will do anything since they aren't giving me any detials.  just an 855 number to return a call to.
