had the same message on my phone and its a scam

Received a voicemail from a blocked number today from a "Angela Thomas", stating the same info about they've tried contacting me via home & work for the last few days and they can't get ahold of me. That I need to sign some important paperwork. Then how they would come to my place of employment if I didn't call and settle the matter, by 12p-5p tomorrow. Then
When I called the number back some girl named "Lily" answered the phone. I told her right away I know that their company is fraudulent by checking on the internet and everything about their company comes up as "Fraud". She stammered that  if you look up anything for companies on the internet, you're going to come across something that says "fraud." I laughed and told her I want my name and number to be removed from any more harassing phone calls.
She then goes on to tell me that she can't look up anything on their system without a case number. Angela did give me one in the voicemail but I told her I didn't have it and I'm sure she can look me up by name. She told me again that she couldn't do it without a case number. When I mentioned again that their company is fraud and I will be contacting my lawyer (who also says it's a scam after talking to him) she asked for my name & "looked up" my case information.
Apparently it's already pending "litigation" and "out of the office", and their company is a real company, so there's nothing she can do about it. I told her i would be contacting my lawyer about the issue and she hung up on me.
People like this make me sick.

Yes I received a phone call from a Tim reed and he said he was looking for me at my home and then he said he would come looking for me at my last place of employment today between  12to 5pm and then he said I needed to call the 1-855-833-5296 and give them my case number and I tried and no one would answer me so I called my lawyer and he said this guy is a fraud.

calling my telling me we will see you tomorrow based on our appt you set and if you want to cancel  this call 8008335296 and send me the stop right away..........collections agency

this numbered called to say I have an appointment with you tomorrow and wanted to remind you and if you need to cancel please call 855-833-5296 and send a stop order.

The call from this number was threatening and was asking for banking info to pay a "past due" loan.

Funny that loan was paid off in Feb. 2012 to a company saying the exact same thing.  "We're coming to you place of business or home to collect.  This is your last chance, we will sue.  payment of $314.50 is due now!"  give us your acct # and we will take care of this debt."  

The same tatctic were used on my daughter in February and this "new" collection agency had the nerve to say the other agency was a fraud and there is no record of the debt being paid.  BUT, she can assure us that she is not a fraud, they are a legal collection agency.

Give me a break, your gonna fly across the US to collect on a $300.00 debt.  I think not.

"Civil Arbitration Department" called my place of business with the same falsified bank statements recorded message.  I knew I spelled a rat.

I got the same "Civil Arbitration Department" at this number. First of all, no law enforcement agency that I know of summons by telephone. It is done through the US Mail or in person. Secondly, If they have a summons, bring it on down and let me look at it in person.

I have heard of scams where an apparent toll-free call will actually cost you a large per-minute fee. The goal is to get you to call their "toll-free" number (probably somewhere in the Carribean) and keep you on the phone as long as possible in order to run-up your phone bill.

OMG for the past two days I have been receiving unknown calls from a certain Tim somebody stating the EXACT same thing. That they tried several times to contact me and they will stop by my place of employment between the hours of 12-5pm and to have ID ready and call 855-833-5296 otherwise they will go ahead and come to my job. They tried the wrong person I just happen to be a private Investigator and I will investigate this case. This no name company calling people harrassing them about foolishness will not be tolerated.

I returned home from 4 days of work travel to have a threatening message on my answering machine from Tim Reed who indicated that he had not been able to reach me at either my home or work for the past several days and that he would be in my area again tomorrow between 12-5pm and stopping by my place of employment.  He indicated that I should have photo id ready as he would be delivering important documents to me and I could call the number 855-833-5296 and give them my case number.  If I settled the matter with them, they should contact him directly and give him a "stop order".  There were no other messages from him from prior days and the number only appeared as an unknown number on my caller id.  Not knowing what this was about, I contacted the number and got a message that indicated it was the civil arbitration department.  There was no company name.  Not thinking of fraud at first, I left my name and number & indicated that I wanted information about what this could possibly be about.  We have never experienced credit problems EVER, so there was no context to put this call into.  

My husband and I diligently tried repeat calls to find out what this matter was about and only became more suspicious when the phone is not being answered during business hours, and there is no information about the business name.  As I thought about it more, I decided to try a reverse look-up through yellow pages & google which is how I found this.  I will be contacting my local police department to report it as well.  This is FRAUD.

I received a message from Tim Reeves stating I needed to call this number immediately or he would be coming to my place of employment with filed documents today. I called the number and they answered with Hi, Civil Arbitration Department. I immediately know this was a scam and hung up.

Civil Arbitration Department left a message on our business voice mail last night. Message wasn't for anyone specific, just generic message regarding falsified bank documents. I'm sure this is another scam and won't even bother to return the call.

I received a message from this company also If it's not someone I know of I will ignore these calls, but I don't like people playing on my phone or calling me and basically trying to get private information from me.  I know they do this to elderly people, and they are able to get information out of the unknowing elderly people.  These people are predators and they prey on the elderly.  I called the number back and the person that answered stated that they do not make out bound calls, and I asked him well how did your number come up on my phone?  He became very argumentative and hung up the phone.  So clearly this is a scam from a company that doesn't exist!

pre recorded message from civil arbitration about falsified bank information? message does not include a name for whom the message is for.

Ive gotten calls from this number twice over the course of 3 months, one was a very threatning message, the other was a recording, that just said "on your behalf". I owe nothing that the first message said, and have no clue who that company even is. Someone please shut false people down like this.

just got a call from this number. the message said they were from civil arbitration and it was about falsified bank information. i have never falsified any bank info
