It looks like a scam, too good to be true for winning 49K. I ignored this scammer!  

Yes, it is clearly mail fraud.  Take copies of all documents you received in the mail concerning this matter and go to the post office and make a complaint to the postal inspector.   They will route the complaint to the proper  zip code and officer.

Got the same notice today, with $49,000.00 check attached. states check not redeemable and if look at route number and account number all with double numbers . . . 2233188. . . / ac#   223112446677 all phoney - Is this mail fraud?? Scam for sure.

Yes. I got one check @$49k, which must be a fake one. No call to them for sure.

How is this crap still legal?  It was one thing in the days before the internet to do this kind of marketing (for whatever the heck it is), but these days???  Wow.  Wonder what would happen if I tried to deposit the 'check'.

Yup I rec'd the same notice today. Think I'm going to call just to see what they have to say. Though I'm afraid they'll have my phone number then. Not like they don't already, right?

I also received it with a check for $49,000.  It says I need to attend a complete 90 minute Goldrush Getaways (GRG) sales presentation.  I seem to remember seeing a video on the web about a year ago where it showed 1 guy getting the check. I don't know what the odds were.

Same thing, I got a mail said that i was the winner and with an check of $49000.
