I keep getting the same calls from United. They say they have a legal claim against me for some payday loans from Hydra fund and Mass funds in which I never applied for directly.  I had to close out an old acct at my bank and open a new once cause they had deposited money into my acct and were taking out $90 each as interest until the full the amount was paid in full. These companies have been complained against but seems as though no one has done anything about it...  I've been threatened with legal action before in another case like this and I was never served any papers, threatened to contact my job and even said i would get arrested...  to this day I have not heard anything from them and now, I have to deal with these people.. this is an unlawful practice and they should be dealt with accordingly... it is very stressing and disturbing to get calls like this at work.. they call several times a day and normally don't leave any messages...  it's ridiculous..

I received a call from 307-527-6423 (actually traces to McDonalds) from some woman who says she has a legal claim against me and to call back #855-838-0958.  She left a nasty message saying I was going to be served and she was going to notify my place of employment, etc.  She never identifed herself or the company she was representing.

I received a call from a Ms. Howard, who said she is from United. She said there is a formal complaint for legal action against me, they are going to send me some documents in the mail and once they do, I will have legal fees. She then said, they have a date of birth on file for me, but what she said is not my date of birth. So I don't know how legitimate this is.
